What amount and how well did it calm your horse.I'm going to feed it daily.My little mare is just a nervous horse in general. She is out of my old mare that was also nervous but not as bad as this girl. No need for training tips just wondering if anyone tried feeding pure L-tryptophan And what success they have or had with it.

I sure haven't but have you tried THE Calming Cookies? or THE Calming Powder? L-Tyrosine is the main active amino acid. I have a couple samples left of the cookies. They sure seem to do the trick for a lot of people.

THE Calming Cookies work great. I've been using them on my high strung colt. They take the edge off just enough. He is ADHD like me. He can really focus when he's had them.
