i forcloused on a house 10 a 10 stall barn it was trashed along with fencing
i am looking at or asking your ideas and opioions on how far should i go
barn is cleaned out looks great
house cleaned out it was trashed holes in wall doors ruined by dogs floors need refenshed no carpet which is a plus kitchen cabinets the base is good no doors or top how far would you go rehab?
i am leaning to fix holes prime the house replace door and garage door and give allowances?
fence omy right now cleaning up its a trash job
i am leaning to taking down ecrything on front which is about1500 feet leaving the good post pulling junk and installing white cote high tensile or....
help me out this is a low 6 figure home don/t know if i am allowed to do this if not please delete

I have been working on flip houses for a long time. IMO here is what sells. Updated kitchens and baths. Fresh paint ( light colors). Clean updated floor coverings. Banks and buyers will put more value in the house than they will in the barn or the fencing. Mow the grass and plant some flowers I am not kidding on this. A buyer forms an opinion the minute they step out of the car to look at the property. Good luck!!!!

Yes Do the home before fencing.. alot of buyers will want to fence how they want to and where.. Paint, new carpet , and toilets if they are bad and clean the place real good.. make sure the window coverings are clean or remove all of them. make sure home is empty mow and tidy up.. clean fridge and range..
