I have one of mine on the daily powder.. ran her on Relax once and got nothing out of it, but I know a lot of horses respond well to it! |

Location: South Central Florida | Never really had one that just calmed but Animal Element makes In The Zone. I resisted using anything like that for a long time, but needed something to make her drink after a run. Liked the results so much that we started giving it before the run to settle her stomach. Has made a large difference. But we had no problems really, just seems to help her. If you have a horse with a gate problem, not sure it would help something like that. |

YEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!! Best stuff ever. It's not calming so much as just relaxing. There is post on the forum at https://www.secondvet.com/index.php/forum/equine regarding this product. The Cur-Ost product itself is the best choice i've ever made for my horses, and the Adapt & Calm just gives that little bit of focus that I need. You still have all the fire you want when you need it. Check out the forum and read the latest Office Hours post on Grasping The Concept of Inflammation. It's definitely one that is worth the read! |

Is this product something you have to give daily, or just when your going to run or be under stress.

The post on the forum addresses this question. I give it daily right now because my horse is young and just starting his career, so the stressors that go along with hauling and competition can be a bit to handle. If you want to give it just for an event, start a couple days before and continue it a couple days after.
The way this product works is different in regular calming pastes and supplements. I hope you'll read the post on the forum, as it's going to describe the product and the results, and why the results are desireable better than i'm able to. |

Yes -I did several years ago. I don't remember how much I gave but it was more then what the vet said and it worked wonders on my horse. I have also used the B-1 supplement on one of my rope horses and it also worked on him. B-1 injection or supplement won't work on all horses but I was lucky enough that it worked on both of mine and it doesn't have any ill side effects. |

Yes, I have tried Focus also. I'm, actually an Oxygen dealer in TX. The difference between the 2 is that the Pozzi Relax has to stomach buffer in it, where the Focus does not. Mostly, its just what works for your horse. Some love one more than the other. The Relax is also stronger. |
