Are these basically the same thing? From what I have read, it seems like they offer the same benefits. But maybe I'm off. Can someone fill me in. And which do yall prefer?

Those are two totally different types of therapy. You'll get opposing opinions on both. BOT is ceramic, PHT or MagnaCu is magnetic. MagnaCu is magnetic and copper.
BOT creates heat and increases circulations...not good for summer months and limited in it's results.
MagnaCu is my favorite. Copper disperses heat as it increases circulation. It's naturally antimicrobial and helps in healing open wounds. Magnetic therapy increases circulation and relieves soreness. I've never used anything that relieved swelling as quickly as the MagnaCu tendon wraps.

Wow, that is impressive!!!! And very interesting. I have the magnetic wraps, but looking forward to getting the MagnaCu wraps in the future!
