small cut between a horses fetlock and pastern, not really on the joint but not down on the pastern either, caused no damage to the joint or any tendons but has caused some soft tissue scaring and it will be "thicker" there. How much would this bother you if you were looking at a prospect? Like a broke and started prospect. Basically is that a deal breaker for you on a prospect? I realize there are a million other nice horses without cosmetic issues (or any) but if you tried the horse and couldn't find anything else wrong with it...
