I was trying to post some saddle fit pictures from my phone, but it keeps saying....
Upload failed. Most likely this forum runs on windows 2003 which by default only allows attachments smaller than 200kb. This can be solved by editing the metabase.xml on the server. Modify the AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed value to the desired value.

You need to make the file smaller. The only way that I know how to do that is in Phtoshop. Click on image and and edit size. Some others on here use other ways but can't help you there.

If you use your computer and its not an IMAC you right click the image open it with paint-which should be on your computer and then sketch and skew it-usually at least 50 percent. If you hover over the image it will most likely tell you the size before you come back here to upload.
