I just noticed on my gelding tonight a patch of a bunch of little tiny white things on his legs.. They look like bugs but I don't think they are, but they wont come off. eggs?? Never had this on any of my other horses..

Bot eggs are generally yellow and are attached firmly to a strand of hair ..... and are probably empty egg shells that will turn white ..

Smear some grease on them to smother any larvae that may still be hatching ... other wise in 2 weeks worm your horse with ivermectin to kill the ones that made it into your horses tummy ...

If you had said mane or tail .. it would be lice laying eggs ... again a dose of ivermectin and heavy oil/grease over 2 weeks time will kill them ...
