Location: London Ontario | I just want to say thank you for whatever my SS gets me, I love the thought and humor my past SS have put into the gifts!
My name is Madison and I am in my early 20’s. I have a 2012 QH mare I am hoping to futurity as a 4 yr. old. She is sorrel and her name is Peaches. She is a medium in most stuff, a size 76 and a cob head.
I also have two German Shepherds, Diesel and Chloe. They love anything that squeaks, you can throw, or food!
I'm cool with horse or normal stuff, my favorite colors are Burgundy/Maroon, corral and BLING. I also love funky prints.
I love pretty Christmas ornaments, vanilla candles or melts, milk chocolate and almond ANYTHING, sour keys, twizzlers, Hershey kisses or Reece’s pieces!!!! I love anything that has to do with green tea, Earl Grey, peppermint or any kind of tea really, funny mugs to drink the tea out of. I also love soft and warm mittens. We also just moved into a new house so any kind of décor would be awesome too! We are sticking with the western/rustic theme. I am a HUGE sucker for soft blankets. I am a medium/large in shirts and sweaters and a 27x37 in Cowgirl Tuff jeans. I love mascara (black with length, no waterproof though!) but that about it, I’m not a huge fan when it comes to makeup, nail polish, perfume etc.
Horse Stuff- Size medium bell boots/boots - Grey hind boots, Tribal, Southwest or Pink cheetah. MSM gel or Liniment I can rub into my horses sore muscles, Classic Equine boot bag, white polo’s or any funky prints, treats, Cowboy magic, Magic Cushion hoof packing, Tail bags, I have also always wanted a beaded under/over and would love to try the Sore No more products. Anything BOT is cool as well!! or if you have anything that works for bleeders(other then Lasix) or those tubes of stuff you give horses before they jump on the trailer for calming their tummy down.
I love finding a good deal, so used stuff is OK with me! My boyfriend is a HUGE hunter, but I’m not into it at all so I avoid camo like the plague as it will just end up getting stolen haha. I also envy those who do their own pickling and jams. I would loooove some strawberry jam or pickles!!! I love homemade stuff
Thank you in advanced and please let me know if you need any extra elfs, I am happy to be one!

Location: Wonderful Wyoming | I have had some great gifts in the past and met some even greater people doing the gift exchange. I'm not particular. Anything that is a surprise is fun. Horse related or not :)
Favorite color is purple. For my horses I use a lot of purple and royal blue. Horses I am riding right now are Audie Murphy (HUS/Showmanship) He's just shy of 17 hands and brown and I make him wear purple. Sad thing for a horse named after WWII's most decorated soldier. Rio is a sorrel 3yr old barrel prospect. He rocks the royal blue. Gunner is a palomino 2yr old. Haven't really let him have a color, but I think royal blue would look good on him too. I have lots of cats. They aren't really my favorite critter, but up there pretty high. I just happen to find a lot of orphans and sick ones so once fixed up they stick around.
My house decor is pretty western-turq, browns and tans. I have 2 dogs. A red border collie named Red and the coolest little Corgi named Spur.
I love to read. WWII and history are my favorite, True stories of horses, Nicholas Sparks. SD cards are great since I take a lot of pictures of my 2 kids (Colt 7 and Remington 3) and horses of course.

Location: Arkansas | This is my first time, and I just want to say in advance "thanks;" I love the idea of all this!
I'm 46, and love to read (true horse stories, western romance), candles, body wash. Fav color is faded blue. Gift can be horse related or not, I'm truly easy!!
I like the natural look in tack, accessories, etc. Love dangly, blingy earrings. Wear an xl in t-shirts. Not a hunter but all my family is and we practically live at the deer camp during the season, so warm camo clothes, fuzzy socks, warm-ups would be great.
I have 4 dogs---Josey Wales (3 year old female), Foxy (11 year old male), and Wonder (11 year old female) are outside rescue dogs. Luca is a 5 year old male Siberian Husky, rescue dog also, that is an inside dog; he is so spoiled it's scary.
5 horses in my herd. . . Dan is a 36 year old red dun gelding. He's about 14.3 and 800 pounds. (Pasture pet) Faci is a 20 year old sorrel gelding, 16.3, 1300 pounds. Two is a 15 year old black mare that I just had to retire about a month ago cause of suspensory issues; she's about 15 hands and 1000 pounds. Sonny is a red roan paint gelding, 16.3, 1200 pounds, with gorgeous, long mane and tail. Lynn is 7 year old sorrel gelding, 15.1, 1000 pounds. I'd love anything for the horses----grooming, bell boots, tie-style halter/lead rope combo, etc.
Lastly, I have a 17 year old son that is my heart. Chandler is big into Confederate/Civil War history, fish farming, hunting, and riding horses. The name of our farm is Rebel Farms.
I'm like everyone else----I love anything homemade, whether it's jelly, jams, cookies, drawings, etc. Or even a donation to horse or animal rescue.
I'm so excited to be part of this. . . I feel the Christmas spirit coming on!!

Location: Oregon | I am 28 years old, married, no 2 legged kids.
I'm a size 3 or 5 in jeans, women's medium in tops, pretty much live in hoodies. Also sweat pants when at home. Love, love, love wild rags for the colder winter races! Sometimes wear ball caps.
Love my Oregon State Beavers!
Hubby and I have a little house - about 750 sq feet. Always looking for western décor for that! and Painted Ponies. Been moved in about a year, and I've still done absolutely no decorating! lol!!
Look me up on fb - Niki Davila! I'm always up for new friends!!!
I have 3 dogs - Blue Heeler named Jordan, a little yellow lab named Tiffany and an Australian Kelpie mix named Perla. Everyone always asks if Tiffany is still a puppy, as she is so small, but she is 4 years old and only about 40 lbs. I always tease that she is the little labby that never grew! Perla was our rescue from Cabo San Lucas this May. She was at the humane society there and we decided to adopt her and give her a happy life! All three wear about a size 15-17 or so collar. They are all right around 40 lbs.
I have 3 horses -
Blitz is my current competitive mare. 6 years old, dark liver chestnut/sorrel, has mostly lime green stuff - halter, hay bags, leg wraps, bell boots (medium/large), etc
Rocky - Blitz's half brother, 11 year old cremello. Hoping I can get him over his issues from a previous owner abusing him to become a successful barrel horse. Mostly has turquoise and orange stuff. Medium/Large bell boots
Tucker - retired barrel/gaming horse. 16 years old palomino. Fractured his hock 2.5 years ago and will never run barrels again, but runs around the pasture like a mindless idiot! Totally enjoying retirement!
Both Rocky and Blitz could really use nice rope halters in their colors! Or colored mule tape halters.. Something other than their current nylon halters.
Something I could really use is another set of reins for races. I have recently fallen in love with the circle y braided reins available from the tack stop.
All my horses love cookies, but Blitz and Rocky have a corn allergy - so any cookies sent to them cannot contain corn at all! They love the haystacks alfalfa/berry treats!
LOVE PHT stuff, sore no more, professionals choice, classic equine.. I'll post more as I think of more!
Love chocolate and almost anything pumpkin spice, love starbucks hot chocolate - not a coffee drinker.
Love fall/holiday type scents - pumpkin, spicey, cinnamon, etc..
Love saddle crosses - Blingy is good! :)
No real dislikes - not a huge fan of animal prints or pink, but if used tastefully, I'm ok with that.
I'm super excited for the Secret Santa this year. I love shopping for people and surprising them!

| This is my first year doing Secret Santa!
My name is Jayden. I am a sixteen year old girl from the Midwest. I live on a farm and love the peacefulness of country life. I work with horses almost every day, and compete almost every weekend at rodeos during the year. I have a super sweet fourteen year old palomino gelding named Tex, he's my good ole roping/barrel horse. Ace, is my pride and joy, hes a fourteen year old barrel horse, and runs 1D quite often. He is a unique color and I like to call him a Chocolate Buckskin, he is all dark chocolate brown with buckskin flanks, face, and some of his belly. I am also in the process of buying a barrel prospect, but as of now, only have two of my own horses.
Tex is a big guy, and needs a large in almost everything, his color is turquoise.
Ace is medium everything, his color is whatever I put on him for the day.
I am good with most any color of tack, I mix and match most days. I love a little bling on everything. Some of my favorite colors on horses are cheetah, white, turquoise, and purple. I like to stay away from pink and lime green. I also love cowhide on anything.
My child is my nine month old Aussie/Heeler, Tuf. He's red and brown Merle. He's a little guy, about 20 pounds, but he is a fireball of energy. He isn't really into treats but he loves toys of any kind. He really needs a new collar!! I'd really like a nice western collar for him.
I wear size medium in most shirts, and wear size 27 jeans. For my own style I am obsessed with anything aztec print, cow skulls, feather designs "Not actual feathers haha", western, and blingy. My favorite colors are light blue, and cheetah.
Some ideas, an over and under, dog collar, dog leash, bronc halter, I love western jewelry, chocolate of any kind, I love western clothes, I need new reins, I love scentsy stuff, I could always use another haybag, literally anything from a tack store and I'd be happy!
Thank You! Can't wait til Christmas!

Location: South Dakota | Last year I didn't get to be an active part of secret santa due to major issues with a horse from november-december and I felt really bad that I missed it. I'm going to make up for it this year!! I can't wait to shop for someone! Here are my details while I'm thinking about it -
I am 25 years old and engaged to be married next June 11!! I love outdoors, riding, working in my yard, bird hunting with my yellow lab and family. We do a lot of traveling! I'm a coffee drinker and I love fun mugs or travel mugs! I eat really healthy but always splurge to enjoy a little chocolate during the Christmas season :) Oh, did I mention I love to try other peoples home canned goods, jellys, pickles, beets, salsa... you name it, I want to try it. I like to keep my trailer clean and organized and I don't have a rear tack trailer door caddy organizer yet (hint hint). I HATE winter and being cold, but I still do chores and ride as much as I can in the winter months, so warm gear is always appreciated. I wear wild rags almost every day there is snow on the ground, as well as a pair of extreme weather thermal socks and a beanie or headwrap!
As far as tack goes, I like natural leather with bling and color, but not a ridiculous amount of bling or anything cheap looking. I also love bronc noseband halters.
- What is something you really want, but would not buy for yourself? pop up barrels!! - Would you prefer a gift that was horse-related or not? Or a mix? Of course I would love to get horse stuff, but if you're stumped I will take either! or both ;) - 3 specific items that you would love to recieve : classic equine legacy boots in TRIBAL print, size medium : classic equine top load hay bag (any of the fun designs), the mini personal blanket from BOT - Favorite color - turquoise, but I am not picky about color as long as it is NOT LIME GREEN OR BRIGHT ORANGE - Horse names, colors, sizes, etc. - Sister, chestnut, she wears Medium in most things and is 75" - Information regarding your other pets - I have a yellow lab, Zoe. She loves to hunt and hang out with her people. She is a BIG dog, 95 pounds. Loves anything to chew on, but no cow bones :) - Other: I am easy to please. I love to shop for people and I'm always grateful receiving a gift. I love personlized items and I'm all for homemade if you do something crafty of your own! I wear a size small womens Tshirt, but a medium in the tight fitted Tees that you buy from most boutique stores. My house is decorated very modern country/rustic

Location: California | Do I get to join?!?! Haha i'm a bit of a newbie around here.
I really love this idea, first of all. I don't know a ton of horse crazy people like me around these areas in CA!
Okay, so I will base off what I have seen others put.
I have two horses, one 15yr old grey QH/Thoroughbred mare. Her name is Blue Moon. She is my everything horse! Due to some hoof issues over the course of a couple years, we stick to pretty basic riding & trails. She is sound now, but I don't care to risk it. I don't have any particular colors for her, anything but pink! My other horse is a 3yr old black andalusian colt. His name is Selestino or Tino for short. He is not broke to ride yet, as he is still a little green bean. He doesn't have any special tack or anything yet! Both horses are average size in halters, small in bell boots or anything leg related.
I have a very spoiled 17ish yr old dog (he's in the profile picture). His name is Chance. He is a Basenji/Shiba Inu mutt. He is a great dog! He never strays far from my side. At his age he is now going blind, and joints are going bad & has trouble holding weight. Half of that problem is because he's so attached, that he will follow me instead of eating his food!
Other animals.. I have mini pigs! Lots of mini pigs! Lol I actually breed them. Too many to name off. & of course I have a cat to keep the mice away, her name is Binx!
As for me, I'm 24 yrs old... no kids..clothing wise, I wear a M shirt, 28 jeans. I'm really not super picky when it comes to anything. I love turquoise & coral colors. I really admire native american culture & style. I'm a bit of a coffee addict, & I have a major sweet tooth, so thats something I don't typically buy for myself. I am a person who likes things a bit "different" or unique! I like to wear jewelry.
I'm really not a picky person. Handmade anything is really awesome too!

Location: Do I hear Banjos? | I guess I signed up but haven't posted my info for whoever gets assigned to me! I had so much fun shopping for my buddy last year...and the items my SS sent to me were so much fun to recieve! Anyone on the fence about signing up...go for it! Made Christmas shopping just a bit more fun!
- What is something you really want, but would not buy for yourself? Jewelry. Silver tone metals and more delicate stuff...costume not real is absolutely great. I have to dress nice for work and I only have my wedding rings and one antique locket I wear. I'd love to have some horse or hunting related jewelry...but I never buy it.
- Would you prefer a gift that was horse-related or not? Or a mix? A mix is just great. My hobbies other than horses are hunting and gardening - 3 specific items that you would love to recieve : a bracelet of some kind...my wrists are small., Size medium womens Sweatshirts...the camo ones at BassPro or Cabelas always catch my eye.Halter and lead that actually match! Mine never do anymore. - Favorite color - Teal, black or Camo (hunting camo like Realtree AP). But nothing Pink...especially NOT pink Camo :-) - Horse names, colors, sizes, etc. - Rowdy, Sorrel With blond mane/tail (Horse in my avatar...he wears Teal mostly) Standard horse size halters, 75" blanket., Lefty, Bay Arab, 69" blanket, Wears Hunter Green. Jackpot, Retired Appy, brown with white blanket. Large Horse halter, 79# blanket. Wears Navy...but at 27 he has all the items he will use honestly. - Information regarding your other pets - We have a Weenie pup named Sophie, a 15 year old heeler named Bo, And a Border Collie cross named Ellie Mae. They love anything edible. - Other: I'm 42 (yikes), married to an amazing man. We hunt, fish, and ride horses as much as we can. I'm easy to please...I just enjoy these exchanges as you get to know more about other folks on here and it's fun to shop for them. I wear a size medium shirt, and my legs are too long for anyone to successfully buy me jeans...so won't bother with that! :-) |

Location: Montana | - What is something you really want, but would not buy for yourself? This is gonna sound silly, but a bareback pad. I'd like to have one because I don't like getting my pants all dirty when I ride bareback and I love to ride bareback, but never think to buy one. - Would you prefer a gift that was horse-related or not? Or a mix? I like a mix. - 3 specific items that you would love to recieve Valium, Rum and a Boyfriend. :) LOL, Just kidding. Okay, for real now: I love Starbucks, so a Starbucks gift card would be nice. Then they make a rubber curry comb that works GREAT as a massager too, and I love those (see attached pic). I kind of need a fencing pliers, but can usually find enough tools to get the job done. - Favorite color My first favorite color is orange, and second is turquosie/teal. - Horse names, colors, sizes, etc. Right now I have one horse, my 14 y/o AHQA mare Pebbles and she is a chestnut. Almost any bright color looks good on her. She's a medium in most anything, but has a small head, 14.1-14.2 hh. But she will probably be semi-retired to be a mama if things go according to plan. She makes being a horse owner easy for the most part. :) Then I'm planning to get another horse, but don't have all the info on her yet. It will be a mare because I'm not really a very good gelding person. - Information regarding your other pets I have a 8 y/o Boston Terrier named Junior, and he's between 35 and 40 lbs., so he's usually a large or extra-large in doggie wear and LOVES tennis balls. He is such a cool dog and the second love of my life. I also have a cat who is 12 y/o named Missy, but I wouldn't really consider myself a cat person. - Other Just a little about me, my name is Hilary and I'm 23 years old, going on 24 here soon, & my horse is the love of my life because I don't currently have a boyfriend...and I'm not sure it would change if I did have a boyfriend! LOL. I love horse, dogs, cars (especially Ford Mustangs), and dark chocolate. I like to cook, especially semi-fancy/semi-exotic desserts (i.e. think Tirimisu). I also like to read, but there isn't any one particular genre I like, as long as the book engages you and makes you so you can't wait to read the next chapter. I love my family and am really close to my parents. I love to barrel race, but have been taking a hiatus from it not of my choosing...I wish I was out there doing it, but things aren't working out right now. I work a lot, but it is how I afford my horse(s) so I don't mind too bad. I live in one of the coldest places on earth in the winter, Montana, and anything that keeps you warm (think wool socks, hoodies, gloves, etc.) are always welcome. I'm a size small up top, and usually a 4/6 below.
I'm just really happy to take part in this again!

My name is Shelby, I just turned 23 and am from Idaho. I love arts/crafts type things, western style home decor, and am a candle freak. I also have a secret obsession with pens, I have probably 300 and am always looking for a new cool type of pen, gel pen, ball point, whatever lol. I love all colors and definitely am a fan of sparkly things and of course horse related items. My favorite colors are probably turquoise and copper but pink is up there as well. I love making new friends and love learning about where my santa buddies are from, that's probably more fun for me than just about anything (= I wear a medium in just about everything comfortably and love big sweatshirts, earrings, rings, jewelry etc.
My horse's name is Miss Kitty, but I generally just call her Kitty or my precious princess lol, she's a dun mare and wears a 72" blanket and has an average sized head, I currently dress her in golds, coppers, browns, giraffe prints, and some turquoise. She loves grooming items, clothes, polo wraps, treats, whatever and she's spoiled rotten.
I also have a ten year old female Kelpie named Sonney and a little gray cat named Kitty Tiny who are equally as spoiled.

Location: Oklahoma | I enjoyed last year...
My name is Jordan. I'm 33, married and have a daughter that turns 8 a few days before Christmas.
We have 3 Aussies (Cinch, Cole, & Jake) a bobtail cat named Slinky and 4 horses and a donkey.
Our horses are Duncan (buckskin stud), Skip (buckskin gelding), Cali (sorrel mare in foal to Duncan), and Flurry (buckskin roan mare in foal to Duncan). We are really looking forward to 2016 to see Duncan's first foal crop. Our donkey's name is Shorty and he thinks he is a dog.
I have switched my focus away from barrel racing and am gearing to show in Ranch Pleasure in 2016. Our colors are turquoise and black.
Duncan and Skip are the two I will be showing in Ranch Pleasure. They are both buckskins and like horse treats. I could use more mane/tail detangler for sure... Skip has a long mane that likes to tangle, and Duncan has a real thick tail that touches the ground. I've come to the conclusion that Skip will need a smaller cinch than what I have in my inventory... I'm thinking a 30" or 32" will work for him. Duncan's are all 34" and poor Skip doesn't have his own. Ranch Pleasure doesn't like bling... so I've put plain antiqued conchos back on my saddle. Both boys have the leopard PHT poll packs and look very handsome in them. I could use one more poll pack for Cali... she's the only one without a poll pack. Both boys wear 75" weatherbeetas or 76" Big D type blankets/sheets. Our barn colors are black and turquoise.
I would love a mule tape halter for showing ranch halter. I have the Clinton Anderson rope halters, but think a mule tape would look smashing on them.
For me.... I've really come to the conclusion I need to lose weight, so I can fit into a ton of cute clothes gathering dust in my closet.
Other than that... I like candles, western decor, crosses, etc.... I'm truly not picky!

Love Running Roan Tack, underwoods wound medicine, would love a goosetree simplicity II bit with dog one mouth piece or A simplicity bit, Jr. cow horse bit with dog bone, Soft blankets, quilts, water buckets for the horses, lead ropes, riding helmet size med troxel, knotted nylon barrel reins with snaps (black, blue, purple/pink, turquoise), would like to try the weaver hybrid halter, dish towels and I like pottery.
I do like bling not overly done, not big on red for my horse or myself or the large Bronc halters, do like the smaller ones. Rope, nylon or leather is fine,l love anything to do with my horses. My dogs love toys but if they are not hard rubber of very durable they will shred them but love treats too! Aztec and western/rustic prints are great.

Not gonna post what I would like to have, that is up to my Santa. I love being apart of this and meeting new people. I am not high maintenance and most stuff I listed are things I would never expect someone to get. Used is ok too.

| Hello, I'm Berkeley and I'm a ag-business student in my last year of school at WVU. I unfortunately am horseless right now until I'm out of college and get a big-girl job and establish stability in my life, but take lessons and occasionally get to barrel race my friend's horse at her IBRA shows. I have just about everything I need horse-wise since I had horses (my saddle, good saddle pad, headstall, reins, sport boots, etc). I really don't need a whole lot or anything expensive because I don't have any horses right now. I do like very plain but classy things tack-wise, like tooling and minimal bling but some sort of unique or classy little embellishment. My apartment is done overall in "country" things. Kitchen-chickens, living room-country/primitive, room-primitive/horses, bathroom-hunting and flowers. I really enjoy primitive decor and LOVE fall! Clothes wise I have just about all I need, especially when it comes to button ups. LOL. I like long sleeve comfy t-shirts (not nice ones but like cotton tshirts you can buy or get from a company or team if that makes sense) that have a logo or something on them as I don't have very many so I think it might be nice to have something with a neat horse thing on it! I'm a size small and apart of the itty bitty titty committee, hahaha. I think leather tooled belts are pretty and I wear a 4/6 in jeans. Of course I love WVU because I go here so I enjoy WVU or West Virginia inspired things. I've moved a lot but consider West Virginia my home. I love love earrings, especially native american inspired or boho looking. I love turquoise and stones like lapis and so many other ones. Blue and turquoise are my favorite colors. I'd someday love to have a truck, especially a Ford so I guess you could say I'm a Ford girl. I love hunting and recently got a bow. I wear camo and I love wood work, etc. But I promise I'm not picky at all, I love so many things and I appreciate anything given to me! You don't need to spend an arm and a leg at all, I'm happy with anything so thank you to whoever gets me
ETA: I love coffee and creamers and iced coffee so a big neat coffee cup would be cool, and I guess you could say I'm a typical white girl minus the ugg boots. Lol
ETA: I'm horrible and thought about something else I like! Lol. I love cute long sleeve sweaters and cardigans with v neck tshirts to put under them but I don't have any, just admire those cute outfits :D

Location: Middle TN | This is so exciting! I'm not on here much anymore but love logging in and seeing how everyone is doing (:
- What is something you really want, but would not buy for yourself?: Accessories; I hardly ever dress up, but when I do I feel bare. I've never been big on accessorizing and anytime I go to buy things to add on to my more dressy outfits I have NO idea where to start! I wear necklaces every now and then, and have an oragami owl bracelet and maybe 2 scarves but that's the extent of it lol
- Would you prefer a gift that was horse-related or not? Or a mix?: I'm not picky and LOVE surprises (:
- 3 specific items that you would love to receive:
1. Clothing- I'm a t-shirt, jeans, and hoodie girl. I have an overabundance of jeans, but can never have too many shirts. I wear LG shirts and hoodies (Due too being unbelievably "busty" since the birth of my child!-- NOT complaining!) I do however, try to dress up a little for church and have limited "dressy" items. I wear a large in dresses, and LOVE maxis and knee length dresses/skirts. I also where a size 7 1/2-8 in shoes, I adore flats and would have some in every color if I could. I also work in the medical field so I go through tennis shoes like crazy!
2. Household items: I am actually currently in the process of purchasing a new home. So any general decor, candles, pictures (I love scenery & of course equine portraits), frames (handmade/wood frames would be awesome!), horseshoe art, figurines, drink coasters, paper towel holders, fridge magnets (I LOVE Magnets, and can NEVER have too many!), seasonal tablecloths, place mats, decor (I'm a big seasonal decorator), clocks, calendars (I keep multiple calendars around; the dry erase ones are awesome!) I have NO color schemes or decor themes planned at this time, so I'm not picky there! I can find a way to incorporate anything (:
3. Stationary; I am a little old fashioned and love to keep in touch with family and friends through letters. I collect colorful pens, stickers, and different types and sizes of paper.
- Favorite color: Blues and Greens! Not a fan of bling bling or bright colors. I love simplicity (:
- Horse names, colors, sizes, etc: Duke, 12 yr old APHA, Palomino Gelding. 14.3hh stocky little dude. He looks best in dark leathers, light blues and light greens, NOT NEONS. Also, due to his femininity(poor fella), and cute little head, bulky headpieces and breast collars do not suit him! Simple is the way to go for us! & Charlie, 4 year old, Spotted Saddle Horse (fiance's horse) Sorrel and white and stocky as all get out. Around 15hh. Anything looks good on him!
- Information regarding your other pets: Willa a 2 1/2 year old red/white Aussie about 40lbs. She loves to play fetch and has a hefty ball collection and always loves to have more to stash (:
- Other: I am 24 years old & live in TN with my fiance, Joe, and 9 month old little boy, Ty Carson. We spend most of our time on Joe's family's farm. I am a medical assistant and work at an urgent care clinic full time. Joe works for the local Natural Gas Company as an installer. Ty spends his days with his grandparents on the farm. As I mentioned above we are currently in the process of buying a home! |

Location: Arkansas | My name is Brittney. I have a husband and a 16 yr old stepson that also rodeo.
Bar is a 10 yr old gray gelding that does everything, but is primarily my barrel horse. His main color is purple (my favorite color!). Grumpy is a 13 yr old palomino gelding that is my team roping-head horse, and his colors are turquoise and red.
Diva is my 5 yr old red healer that is my 4-legged child. She is rather spoiled and loves dog treats and toys. Sometimes she even shares with my husband's blue heeler, Cheyenne :)
I love purple, and hate yellow. I love to read, not a big movie/tv watcher. My favorite authors are Louis L'Amour, HM Ward, and Jackie Collins. I have everything these three have written already though, lol. I also love "real" country music--not a pop country or tractor rap fan. I'm big into the whole southwest/aztec fad. Random, but I love wild rags, earrings--and socks! Just not the no-show kind. I love Starbucks as well. I make beaded tack, so I am set on halters, tack, etc. I love all kinds of "goody bag" type horse items though--funky brushes, hoof pics, colorful mane bands, cowboy magic, fly spray, etc etc. I like funky bells boots too (size L), as long as the don't have yellow. Also, I am a Christian--Christmas ornaments or things with crosses or scripture will NOT offend. My initials are BLJ, and I'm from the South so of course I like things with my intials on them! Oh, and I love Crown Royal and any kind of wine that is sweet.
I am so looking forward to participating this year. The past few years I have looked at everyone's post and told myself "next year I'm going to do that..." So this is the year!

| Alright here goes! My name is Claire I live in Minnesota!
- What is something you really want, but would not buy for yourself?
This is a tough one, I have terrible buyers remorse after most purchases anyways lol! I have a hard time spending money on custom items for my horse.
- Would you prefer a gift that was horse-related or not? Or a mix?
Mix is fine but for the most part I would probably get more use out of the horse related items.
- 3 specific items that you would love to recieve
I always need bell boots and I also have an odd obsession with classic equine polos. Nice working leather headstalls are always good as well as reins. Always am up for anything with my horses name on it or something!
- Favorite color
PURPLE! More purple the better :)
- Horse names, colors, sizes, etc.
I have a cremello 6yr old mare. Her barn name is Lyric but her registered name is MP Drift Of Snow. Color is of course purple! Size wise she is an average in halters and headstalls, medium in classic equine bell boots, 78-80 in a blanket or sheet. She loves treats of most any sort she isn't terribly picky.
- Other
I love western home decor things, maybe a nice custom picture frame or something. I am always on the search for more bits, I tend to gravitate towards chain mouthpieces and already have quite the selection so something more unique or custom, I love trying different bits. I am not a huge chocolate lover and tend to be picky about smells as I have sensitive allergies. I do love tea! My favorite is pomegranate but I love trying different kinds from different places. |

- 3 specific items that you would love to recieve

Location: Missouri | Thank you for keeping this going! This will be my third year participating and it is so much fun! Stalking my secret buddy and shopping for them, getting to open a box of my own...it's a blast! I'm 46, not married, two great teenagers and my third (favorite I'm told) child, Ruger, my 95 pound Catahoula. I'm not hard to please - just getting a surprise is awesome!
- What is something you really want, but would not buy for yourself?
As a single mom of two teenagers, LOL, I seldom buy for myself! I love blingy and/or western jewelry - necklaces, bracelets, big earrings. Hip belts. Bling belts. Boots. Sweaters, hoodies, blingy shirts, westerny dresses - feminine but not really frilly. Purses. Coffee and chocolate are my main vices. Ruger got a great collar last year from my BHW Secret Santa and has worn it out almost, so a cool manly leather collar for him (neck about a 19.5"). New spur straps for me (I like the wide ones - buckaroo style? Mine are barely hanging in). These are all things I look at but never seem to be able to justify spending the money on for me.
- Would you prefer a gift that was horse-related or not? Or a mix?
Since I don't currently own a horse (my daughter "allows" me to help put miles on her 3 year old while she rides her main horse, and I do ride a lot on friends'), actual horse care related items/tack would be less used than other things, but I'm sure my daughter would be quick to swipe!
- 3 specific items that you would love to receive (this is hard....I'm excited over anything!)
Clothing/Jewelry (I wear a size 0 regular length pants, xsmall or small top, small belts, 6.5 or 7 boots if you have a pair you want to regift! LOL I'm 5'4" and about 100 lbs)
Collar for Ruger
Spur straps
ETA: I just thought of something reading others..I would LOVE to try the Younique Fiber Mascara and smudge proof eyeliner everyone raves about but haven't...in the blackest black! OR...Ulta is someplace I can get lost in for days. I love makeup and hair stuff!!
- Favorite color
Varies! Typically would say turquoise, coral, copper, purple, black, burgundy, and royal blue.
- Horse names, colors, sizes, etc.
No horses of my own at the moment - too busy with daughter and son. She is our state's teen rodeo queen and we travel for her most every weekend rodeoing. He is preparing to go off to college next year!
- Other
I love, love my kids and the crazy life we lead. I ride every chance I get and love being out in the pasture or at rodeos. I time rodeos for two associations. Now that my kids are getting older I am starting to try to do more for me, and having fun on my own. I am a second-hand store junkie and would truly love something from your closet or jewelry stash just as much as if it had a tag still on it! Coffee & chocolate you can't go wrong on!! Whatever it is, I will love it!

This is my 3rd year participating, I look forward to it every year. My name is Sterling and I live in Minnesota. I have a 20 year old Morgan/Friesian named Vinny. He is my whole world! I'm currently in school to become an EMT. When I'm not working or going to school or riding I love to read books. I love books! I really enjoy murder mystery books or medical books. I also love candles. I have two cats, Clark and Henry. Clark is a pure white 14 lb sack of flour ;) He is 3. Henry is 5 months, he is a poly-dactyl orange cat, they both love toys!
- What is something you really want, but would not buy for yourself? Shoo Fly Boots(Orange, Size Medium)
- Would you prefer a gift that was horse-related or not? Or a mix? A mix.
- 3 specific items that you would love to receive? A nice set of reins, candles, books!
- Favorite color? Orange, but I don't use orange tack except for his halter. I stick to neutrals on Vinny.(browns, creams, tan)
- Horse names, colors, sizes, etc. Vinny, he's a Bay Morgan/Friesian. He could use a new halter and lead rope. He currently has an orange halter but its looking a little ragged these days. He's not picked on color. :)

Location: PNW | My name is Sam, I live on a working ranch in Oregon with my husband (Mitch) and two boys (Porter 3 & Oliver 1). We run about 1000 ewes on our 3000 acre family ranch, and also own a midsize logging company.
Something I'd love, but won't buy for myself: Martin laced leather reins. These are my absolute favorite and I don't think there's such a thing as "too many" pairs.
My favorite colors are neutrals and Earth tones
I love ALL music. Literally all of it.
I love chocolate and coffee. If somebody could start an IV drip of coffee for me, I'd totally go for it.
I LOOOOOOVE to read and am always on the hunt for a new book. I'm completely obsessed with Diana Gabaldon, JK Rowling, and George RR Martin. Obsessed. I have a problem.
I own too many horses, but only run/race one. His name is Preacher, he wears size large (or 80/81/82 blankies) in everything and looks absolutely dashing in plain white. He loves butterscotch, long walks in the pasture, and going fast.

Location: Phoenix | I've never participated in this swap before, but have done gift swaps on others. Whatever I happen to get I'm thankful for! Here's a list of stuff I could use, or am drawn to, or have my eye on:
Ariat riding socks
Fuzzy socks
Leather roping reins, split reins...(Martin type leather)
Soft blankets
Starbucks/Sephora/Ulta
Bubble bath/candles from Bath+Body works (but would be interested in trying a Scentsy?)
Earrings (shorter dangly or studs)
Classic Equine bellboots (paint spatter, chevron...any solid color)
Knotted rope halter
I love brights colors (purple, pink, orange, lime green, turquoise), sugar skulls, fruity smells (peach/mango)...more of a "girly girl" (makeup), not a hunter/camo girl. My horse is Hammer, QH, chestnut, goofball, loves treats. We're trying to learn tricks to keep his mind fresh. Size small-medium in tops. That oughta do it!

| I am not one for asking for things for myself so I have debated long and hard about joining in this year. I have been married 31 years have one son who is 24 we are a barrel racing family. I am very easy to buy for as I love anything I get doesn't matter what it is. I really like the new bell boots with the Aztec designs on them as well as the bronc halter with names on them. I would rather receive horse items than stuff for myself. I love any green color except Kelly green, I like oranges, Browns, blues as well. I have two geldings Escape 6 years old and his 1/2 brother Koony who is 5 both are my barrel racing partners. I am a school teacher who LOVES teaching. I look forward to going to school every day just to see what the kids will do that day. I teach health care careers on the high school level. I am also a registered X Ray tech. I love working with the patients as well. I am not much on sweets but I can eat my weight in chips. Bugles, and Cheeto Puffs are my favorite, love t shirts wear a M. I don't use gift cards if I get them I always give them to my nephews or sister or brother they love them. I am OLD 54 years old but still very active I have to be teaching my little darlings. Almost forgot my dogs I have a Mt Cur name Sam and an Aussie names Roper |

Location: Down South | Hello, my name is Lisa and I am from Mississippi. I am 47 years old with no kids living at home anymore. Oldest daughter is married and my youngest is in grad school at Mississippi State. Last year was the 2nd time I participated in Secret Santa, but the first time I actually received any gifts. The first time I participated (several years ago and it may have been called something different then) my buddy never sent anything. I was disappointed, but I truly enjoyed buying for her and I hope she enjoyed what I sent. Last year I was blessed in both giving and receiving. I really enjoy buying items for others.!!
I live in the country and currently only have 2 horses. A 35 year old quarter horse mare and my main man Turbo, an 11 year old appendix bred quarter horse. I hope in the spring to have a project to start slow that is 4-5 years old.
I'm sure I will be listing pretty much the same things as I did last year.!! Here are a few items....
Hoodie sweatshirts and long sleeve t shirts (size medium), especially those from a different area in which I live. Something unique that nobody else around here will be wearing.
Jewelry: I love unique jewelry in silvertone. My ears are pierced. I saw a picture on FB just yesterday of a pair of earrings someone had bought that were made from a horse-shoe nail and had their named stamped on it. LOVED IT.!!
Gourmet coffee: whole ground coffee beans either flavored or unflavored. I love a good cup of coffee in a LARGE coffee mug prepared from freshly ground beans.
These are a few things that come to mind. Of course, anything horse related: grooming supplies, rope halter, fly spray. I'm not picky at all and will be happy to receive anything.

| I had so much fun last year putting together a gift, and I've got some great ideas already for this year.I'm 26 years old and recently married to the love of my life. We are in the process of renovating our barn and decorating our house (finally!). We downsized this year and sold all the broodmares and only have my gelding, 2 fillies and recently, a mini horse that was rescued out of a kill pen. I am really not a picky person at all and always enjoy getting things i can use like halters, lead ropes, brushes, hay bags, etc.
What is something you really want, but would not buy for yourself? A new muletape halter! I had one but someone stole mine at BBR finals this year.-
Would you prefer a gift that was horse-related or not? Or a mix? I am not picky! I would be happy to be anything, but I do love spoiling my horses.-
3 specific items that you would love to receive: Fleece cooler, PHT poll pack, and socks!
- Favorite colors: Black and white-
Horse names, colors, sizes, etc.
Pete is my barrel horse, wears a 78" blanket, and I'm boring and just use black and white on him as well as the others.Savvy is my 2 year old palomono Chasin Firewater filly and Stella is my 3 year old filly that just went into training. We also have the world's cutest mini named Albert.-
Information regarding your other pets.
Lizzy is my 6 year old mini Aussie mix. She's my buddy and goes everywhere with me. We have several barn cats too.

Location: Wyoming | I love secret Santa! I live in a very small town and never get off the ranch so shopping for my pal is so fun.
I have many horses and my two personal horses died within 10 weeks of each other and I was heartbroken. I now have picked out from the herd a 4 year old filly who I hope will be awesome. I would love a nice halter for her and I always can use lead ropes. My hobby is photography so I'm constantly in need of picture frames. I would also enjoy reading the book 411 The Misding. Really I am very easy to please I have received so many great things in years past. My barn colors are lime green and black. My horses are Fancy Turbo and BJ

| I am excited to participate again! This is my second time participating. I participated under a different account several years ago. I am sophomore in college majoring in business with an emphasis in real estate. - What is something you really want, but would not buy for yourself? I would like to try a PHT poll pac. My mare gets "out" in her poll I would love to see if the poll pac would relieve some tension. - Would you prefer a gift that was horse-related or not? I always love and appreciate any horse goodies but also love clothes and large blingy western jewelry. - 3 specific items that you would love to recieve: I strictly run in polos and love to change up colors and patterns. I'll use any brand but prefer CE and PC brand. I also love western headbands. The more eye catching the better. A pair of of winter riding gloves that grip well would is also a great idea. - Favorite color: Anything bright, turquoise, purple, hot pink, lime green etc. - Horse names, colors, sizes, etc: I have two horses I own Cinderella (buckskin mare) who is my barrel horse and Mango (red dun mare) who is Cinderella's "minion" aka pasture pet. Cinderella lives up to her name and loves any goodies to make her life nicer such as treats, grooming products, sore no more or lameaway, brushes, etc. - Information regarding your other pets I have a small female papillon Kami. I am also a crazy cat lady without a cat :( - Other I love dark chocolate

| For some reason, I can't find my post, whoops!
Let's see, my real name is Nicole, and I'm 23. I don't have any 2 legged children, but I consider my dogs and horses my kids! I wear a size small in most shirts, and I love fuzzy socks! I live in Northern Indiana, so the winter is awful here, I tend to like to hibernate!
Something I really want that I wouldn't buy for myself? I honestly have no idea- I love the new Classic Equine lip polo wraps, I'm trying to tell myself I don't need anymore, hahaha. I've wanted to try one of the horse-hydrators to see if that would help me picky drinker on the road!
I could go either way, a mix or more horse realted! My ponies and pups are spoiled- so I always love getting stuff for them!
I like bright colors- usually hot pink, turquoise, orange.. The brighter the better really!
Horses- First off I have Nuttin, a pretty 9 year old Palomino gelding that's finished. His tack is turquoise, but I use a variety of colors for polo wraps and bell boots! My other gelding is Sid, a 6 year old chestnut, his tack is orange. I only use classic equine polo wraps and bell boots (large)- Neither of my boys are fans of boots in any way shape or form. They both love to play and are totlaly spoiled rotten. Everyone that knows me always comments on just how spoiled they are- daily cookies just because they're cute.. You know, lol. I only ever use the braided muletape halters on them, because Sid periodically pulls back and I hate the thought of the metal on a nylon halter breaking- so I just avoid!
I also have 2 little weiner dogs- a 13lb short haired dapple boy named Booger(he has a pink spot on his nose that looks like one!) and a 17lbs long haired red boy named Twister. They both love murdering all things squeaker, nd are constantly bringing toys into bed with them! Which in turns freaks me out in the middle of the night when my foot hits one of the toys.
I was able to partipate in this last year and it was awesome! I'm excited to ge to play again this year. I'l be happy with anything!

| I just realized I never responded to this thread!
I'm Jennifer, I currently have 6 horses (Finn, Cash, Tuff, Lexi, Bella and Dixie), 4 dogs, some cats and a goat. Honestly, I mostly trail ride but I really really want to start competing in something!
My favorite colors are turquoise, green, blue and neon colors. I am a HUGE Cleveland Indians fan (baseball) and watch every game. I love to read and am always looking for a new interesting book. I mostly read fiction books on my Kindle. I love to workout and am always looking for cute things to wear. I am a size small usually.
For horse stuff, I can never have enough halters (I use rope or mule tape), bell boots (size large), or things for organizing my trailer. One thing I would like but haven't convinced myself I need is a personalized halter/bronc noseband for my horse, Finn.
I would honestly be happy with just about anything - all horse, no horse, or a mixture of things is fine with me! |

 Am I really the Weirdo?
Location: Kansas | OK I am a slacker - I signed up before the 10/18 deadline but did not make a post with info about me. I'm 32, in my first year teaching high school English in a small school located in Northeast Kansas. I've got four barrel horses. Joker, the bay, is 22 and I just got him moved to my new place last weekend. He's being legged up for a few winter jackpots in small pens. I brought Chance, the gray, and Clifford, my blaze faced sorrel, with me when I moved in August as they are my two rodeo horses. I picked up Streak, a former BHW rescue horse, from my parents' place in early October and am hoping he can hang on to be the NBHA district 4D champion this year, then figure out the first barrel and move up to the 3D and beyond. My roommate here is Tuffy, my almost 7-year-old mini Aussie. He's a total sweetheart and loves Marro Bones, potato oles from Taco Johns, and most types of jerky sticks. My dog might be a tad spoiled.
Things I have been eyeing lately include Professionals Choice red glitter bell boots for Chance, any type of horse treats because my monsters are all spoiled rotten, and any movie about horses. My movie collection is really small so I end up watching Reba episodes or Adam Sandler movies all the time. My horses all wear large bell boots, and my collection already includes turquoise glitter, pink glitter, solid turquoise, green and white bell boots.
My favorite colors include red & turquoise, and I am always looking for brain teaser puzzles that my students can do when they have a few extra minutes. I've got 3 foam puzzles that you put into a cube and those fascinate everyone from 7th grade to high school seniors.
I don't have a preference on horse-related or not when it comes to gifts. I'm looking forward to shopping for a board buddy again this year and hope we all have a great time with the exchange! |

| I forgot to comment on here, oops.
I have don't the exchange for two years, and it has been fun.
A little about me
I have horses of all ages, one who has been running a year, one 6 yr old who is still a work on progress, and three nice 3 yr olds I am working with.
I also have 3 donkies and one mini mule
Things I like
Mule tape halters
Back on track
I also enjoy things whether it be barbecue sauce, candles, homemade lotions from small towns/communities. I am all about heritage
I am not one for jewelry.
I like mittens not gloves, headbands very particular on toques.
Colors, I don't really have a favourite or a color I dislike
I also like vet text books, this way I can have an educated discussion with my vet regarding diagnosis, drugs, treatments |

I'm so glad I'm not the only one in this boat. My gift recipient has not posted on the board in a year and even Facebook stalking is not giving me any information. I have PM'd the secret santa person and they haven't even opened my message. The whole situation is frustrating and I kind of wish I hadn't signed up this year because having no information on who I'm shopping for is creating a lot of extra stress. I had hoped to shop this week since I don't have any students, but I really can't do that with no info on my buddy, so there's no way my gift will be on time unless that changes soon. |

Melanie - that is why I don't do the gift exchange - first year I went got nice gifts, mailed it. I rec'd nothing. I would say if she can't be respectful to open your message - and this is me speaking I wouldn't do it. If she has been posting on FB, she knows you have sent a message..... just my opinion. I never recv'd a thank you from her either..... that was what upset me the most.

Location: North Pole | Hi everyone!!! Don't forget that gifts need to be mailed this week, unless you have previously arranged something different. This year has gone pretty smoothly, with only one person failing to participate accordingly, which in turn led to another person dropping out.
I have put in as much time and effort as my life has allowed me to. This means I may be slow to respond to messages since I may not be able to log on as often as possible. In the future, if my response time isn't fast enough for you PLEASE make an effort to contact me on Facebook, many of you are friends with me on there or know somebody who is. Facebook is much quicker because I can easily access it on my phone. BHW is not what my life revolves around, and I don't appreciate having nasty comments posted on here regarding my response time. I work, have two kids, and life happens.
I look forward to seeing the pictures of everyone's gifts!! Merry Christmas!!! And don't forget to send me your tracking info. |

I never got my buddy's info
I sent buddy info out during the last week of October to everyone that I had received initial participation messages from. I also posted on here once I had sent out all of the messages saying that if you messaged me initially and did not receive a buddy - TO MESSAGE ME.
It's too late to jump in now, but hopefully you participate next year!

Cannot WAIT to try the Younique out..actually getting ready to shortly. I've coveted the mascara and eyeliner since I heard about it with daughter rodeo queening but never been able to. Shadows, lip glosses and cleanser look amazing! The bag will be so handy since we are on the road at least 9 months a year for her rodeos. I feel like a queen myself!
One of the chocolate bars is missing in the pic since it got opened lol. It is sinfully good. I live on granola bars and hot chocolate is perfect. I've always got a mug of something hot to drink since I'm always cold! Love the decal...it's going on the back trailer window as soon as it's warm enough!
Again..thank you from the bottom of my heart for your thoughtful and generous gifts! You rock, girl!!!

Live the decal...it's going on the back trailer window as soon as it's warm enough! Again..thank you from the bottom of my heart for your thoughtful and generous gifts! You rock, girl!!!
Oh you are very welcome! I have a lot of fun with the makeup. I don't sell much, but love to share it. |

I love both pairs of socks and the decoration you made for our house! I was actually able to get a hook on it and it is now on our Christmas tree. Seriously everyone, stop what you're doing and go get Yaktrax (sp?) Cozy Cabin socks. They are heaven on your feet. Thanks again blccwgl55 for the great gifts! My buddy's gift will be shipped tomorrow, but luckily she's in OK so it doesn't have too far to go :)

I had a book, wallet, earring, braclet, homemade lotion, bubble bath, homemade chocolate, bath salts, pickles, dish towel, recipes and a pretty metal hanging ornament. Since I only have my phone right now there is no pic to post. Thank you so very much and I look forward to talking to you soon.

Location: Middle TN | I FINALLY opened my gift & it's from Rodeochick382 (: I absolutely love every bit of it, thank you soooo much!
I'm posting from my phone so I can't post a pic but I got an awesome picture frame, a neat (& hilarious) magnet, some super cute earrings, a lovely candle (which I've already started burning and it smells AMAZING!!), a beautiful halter, that I can't wait to try on my horse, and even a ball for my dog, Willa, which she will enjoy VERY VERY much when she gets to feeling better.. In the meantime my little boy has claimed it and thinks it's pretty fun lol.
Again, thank you so much! |

OMG Sterling I love it all!! I was needing a blanket for my car but couldn't decide which of the ones in the house I would take out there--problem solved! I can't wait to wear the fuzzy socks, and my boyfriend is intrigued by the "flameless candle" (jealous really). You picked out great scents!! He's also jealous of the purple rope halter for some reason....he doesn't even have a horse! LOL and he made me wait until I put away laundry to open my package. You have no idea how excited Hammer will be for his treats!! Thank you thank you! And you did great on the card--just my style! =D |

Location: Gainesville, TX | Well I got my Secret Santa gift in today from IowaCanChaser. It had losts of awesome goodies like a barnyard buddies stuffed animal set for our little girl being born in February, treats for all my animals (dog, cat, horses), vet wrap, liniment, a nice air freshner, a peach bellini candle, yummy strawberry jam (great on Grands biscuits in the morning), and an AWESOME wither strap from Deuces Wild saying Ride by Faith.

And I just got mine sent off today (figured out the color bobble) so hopefully my buddy will have hers by the end of the week or first of next week. |

Thank you so much for all the goodies! The BBQ sauce is perfect. My husband had a smoker and tinkers with new food ideas every weekend. I just saw one of the horse shoe trees on Facebook and thought that was a neat idea. I have the perfect place for it and plan to find some ornaments just for it. Thank you and Merry Christmas! |

Ok, here's the funny part---I was telling someone at work today about the post on here saying someone sent their package over 2000 miles. I asked her where in the world could it be going?? And it was to me! And WE love it---Luca wouldn't get out of the box so I could see what was in it (love that you wrapped each gift separately, I was worse than a two year old on Christmas day going from one to the other) and I figured out quickly why. . . Two different dog toys, homemade dog treats, candy cane treats for the horses that smell like I should eat them (!), and a nice nice hardback equine vet book. You did awesome, and the kids and I thank you. It was especially sweet for you to include the recipe for the treats in case of allergies. I'm tech challenged so no pictures, but Luca is laid out with the squeaky fox protected between his paws. . . |

LOL! Yeah, when you commented about it being a long way, I was like.. little does she know!!! :) So glad you guys liked everything. That book was written by my local vet. One of my college professors actually used it for a textbook for one of my classes. I love the book, and I hope you like it as well! So glad Luca enjoyed the toys! When we got home from work last night , the first thing Luc did was run in the house, grab the fox, and straight to my bed with it. He had a duck almost just like it that was pretty much worn out. . . Needless to say, the poor duck has been demoted to "has been" by the arrival of the fox!! I'm gonna start the book this weekend. I read everything I can get my hands on about horses, so it's perfect. Really neat that you know the author and used the book in class. Thanks again and Merry Christmas

Location: Down South | Had a surprise waiting on me when I returned from errands just a few moments ago. It's always fun and exciting for the unexpected. :) Thank you Hammer_Time for my wonderful gifts. I LOVE them ALL. I'm posting a picture. I received a nice sweatshirt hoodie (really like the blue color) and if it wasn't going to be 78 degrees tomorrow I would wear it to the barrel run. Tomorrow morning I will be drinking my coffee from a nice, large coffee cup!! I love big coffee cups. :) I also received a cute ornament for my tree, which I will put on my kitchen Christmas tree. Lastly.... eeekkkk... the horseshoe nail earrings I mentioned in the bio I wrote several months ago on this thread. I will wear them tonight to my company Christmas party. ETA: forgot the socks. If it ever gets cold in Mississippi I will for sure be wearing them.
Thank you Jocelyn (Hammer_time). What a blessing to receive these nice gifts from a board buddy. MERRY CHRISTMAS

I love the jewelry and the scarf/gloves SO much! I am wearing the bracelet at work today! The ponys and Sophie the weenie pup REALLY loved their treats. And...I am pretty sure I will have to fight my hubby for the Camo bubba cup! I know the package traveled 400+ miles...but...my Santa is still a Secret as they didn't put their BHW name on the card!

Yay! You were a lot of fun to shop for (but who knew finding a teal halter would be such a challenge??!!). I debated a regular halter or rope halter - stalked your facebook and pictures on here and saw you used both. Very glad you like the jewelry...the one set wasn't silver, but it met the delicate category and just "looked" like you from the pictures I could see! Hopefully our winter will stay mild and you won't need the scarf and gloves. I was so excited to see them in teal. Tell hubby hands off the mug - offer him a doggy treat
I do have a Christmas card (with my name) going out in the mail to you today. We are in waaaay north central Missouri, but in BHW terms we are relatively close. If you ever get up this way give me a shout! Merry Christmas...hope you had a fabulous vacation. |

You really really are so sweet!! The teal halter and lead is perfect too. I'll be wearing the jewelry set tomorrow with a work outfit that it will look fantastic with!
Thank you so much. How fun to have that waiting for me when we got back. |

Location: South Dakota | ccarpe18 - 2015-12-07 2:11 PM I made an online order on Black Friday.... Of course I thought the package that I finally got today was it... NOPE. Turns out what I bought was out of stock & is being re-stocked tomorrow & then still has to ship. Maybe I can change the ship address... but ugh! Are you kidding me!? So to my person.... you're getting a double shipment LOL
Oh my goodness, do not worry at all about part of it being late, I am SOO thankful!! My fedex man left my package from you in my HORSE TRAILER!!! Today I went to the living quarters to grab something and there was a package!!
This is so amazing, thank you so much. The stockings are beautiful and I already proceeded to take my red ones down and put these up. I can't imagine how much time that must have taken you. My gift is absolutely perfect! My fiance is hanging my tack room organizer right now in the trailer. Chocolates... you can count those gone by tonight I would bet haha! You are the best secret santa ever, thank you, thank you, and Merry Christmas!! (I will also let you know when the other part of the package arrives, although this was more than plenty!) |

| I got back from Vegas a wonderful gift was waiting.
Bc3up Thankyou
She sent me a beautiful mule tape halter
Handmade soap, I believe she made herself, I am excited to try it out, but the note said (how I read it) it needs to cure till Christmas.
The mint chocolates were great, the after 8 ones never survived 24 hours.
Sorry I can't post pictures as I am on my iPad and haven't learned |

The candy was definitely gone within 24 hours. The shirt is super cute & fits perfect! Also, LOVE the bracelet! I really appreciate the book & everything as well. & the pony really loves her new side-pull halter! It's perfect for lazy days riding bareback & definitely new favorite.

That is too funny! Good thing you went to the trailer LOL... I when I shipped it off, they had trouble varifying the address, so I wonder if that is what happened!
I will have to check with the tracking for the other package, as it should have arrived first (hopefully they didnt also get confused) |

Maybe someday I'll figure out how to add photos. |

Location: Montana | I got the most awesome Secret Santa, plus she has a wonderful sense of humor. Thank you so much redmansmyman11. I came home today and had such a nice surprise waiting for me. She got me, as I dubbed him, "boyfriend in a box" Ken doll, then the rest of the date too with some little bottles of rum and whiskey with an Idaho shot glass! Your sense of humor is wonderful, just makes me smile. Then some dark chocolate that look oh so divine! My dog has already decided the tennis balls were his without asking, LOL. The scarf and cell phone case are wonderful! Then the bareback pad is just what I wanted, and perfect because I really love to ride bareback but don't care for getting my seat dirty, and the curry...my mare loves those. I massage her with him and her lip just quivers and she leans into it. The card is SOOO cute! Thank you oh so much, Shelby! I love everything!!! Merry Christmas!

Location: Minnesota | I just got my present and I love everything!! The forensic book is perfect, I can't wait to start reading it! The fly boots are perfect and the colors I like. The reins are exactly what I wanted, how did you know. The candle also smells great and the ornament is so adorable, it even looks just like Vinny.
But I have no idea who my SS buddy is...to whoever you are everything was beyond perfect! Thank you! |

Location: Oregon | So, I've been patiently (ok, so not so patiently) awaiting my gift to arrive from my SS. I still haven't gotten anything, so if my SS has already sent it, please track it and see where on earth it ended up, as it isn't at my house! I'm hoping it didn't get lost in the mail or even worse, stolen! |

Glad you liked everything, and very happy the pickles were still contained, I was worried about them freezing and breaking. |
