Some kind of parasite, maybe?? It's hard to zoom in on the pic, it gets all fuzzy. Is it hard or what? Maybe that cut scabbed over and something got stuck in it. Let us know if you find out.

Is it like maggots?? If so, that's "flyblown" and you clean it and then spray the bejeezus out of it with fly spray, give some antibiotics.

If it's a nasty oozey scab thing, probably sore mouth, and it'll need to be medicated along with any other lambs in contact with it - and make sure you wash your hands.

I can't tell much from the photos.
