| My step mom and I are looking into a property that is 5 miles of the interstate in a rural area with 4 acres, a barn, pasture, and a 900 square foot house. Would there be any demand for people traveling on the road with their horses to want to stop and stay the night? How would I advertise this horse property and what would you pay for such a thing?
