Location: where the wind blows		 Well for the second year in a row now I am ticked beyond at the PRCA and their descion to change the tv coverage of the NFR to the CBS sports network as where I live in Canada we can not get that channel.  Can't get or buy it.  NOT AVAILABLE.  If the PRCA had gone with RFD TV's offer I could buy the channel and watch on line.  I along with a lot of other Canadian fans are TICKED.  There I feel better for my rant.
