I have never been but I am getting super excited! Fixing to mail entries off. I am only taking one horse. Other than the usual traveling stuff is there anything I need to know? I have been to Waco a few times...but its been a couple years....thanks!

If you can get a stall in the outside barn do it. It gets pretty nasty smelling after a day or so in the main barn. Other than that, you'll have a great time! Waco has a nice facility with plenty of parking and warm up areas. They'll run the barrels in the coliseum arena and the roping events in the barn arena. They usually have lots of vendors so bring some extra cash in case you find something you can't live without.

I have waited until last possible minute but I am going to go...and only enter on Sunday. I am going to hit Hamilton UPRA Friday, Meridian UPRA Saturday, and hopefully that outdoor pen will free Casanova up enough to get by the barrels at the WPRA finals on Sunday. They are all within an hour from each other...I think it would be silly not to make all three. I have to hit rodeos to keep my big horse firing (he hates jackpots)......seems like if I run him at rodeos once or twice a month he will continue to fire harder at the jackpots...He is not the greatest indoor horse so I am hoping that Meridian will free him up enough to get by them in Waco. ITS ONLY FOR A DAY BUT I AM WAY EXCITED TO GO SHOPPING HAHAHAHA
