Do we need to be a member of the IBRA or NBHA in order to run at one of the shows?

I would think open means anyone, it's just a benefit as a member if their goal is overall points.

Here in Kansas, you don't have to be a member for NBHA, you just have to pay a $10 non-member fee to run

I'm in MD you do not have to pay a non member fee just the entry fee. The only differnce is you obviously won't get any points.

Here in Indiana, our IBRA charges nothing for nonmembers. Just come out and run. You just don't get points, nor are considered when points are given out (I have ran 4th in the division before, but got 1st place points because others weren't members, is what I mean)
