I have a 2 year old that managed to get a puncture wound right a the hock joint that got infected while at the trainer's.
Long story short, thank God his hock is getting much better but he is beginning to crib.
I'm not sure if he picked it up at the trainer's since he was mostly stalled there or if the stall rest that he's on now got him started.
Since it's pretty new, can I nip it in the bud with a miracle collar? Anyone had any success stopping one?

Id paint anything and everything he can grab onto with motor oil and cayenne pepper so when he grabs a bite he wont like the taste. In the mean time keep hay in front of him 24/7

Due to his I jury he is out in a very small turn out.
He does have hay 24/7.
I will treat him for ulcers. That thought had crossed my mind.
Thanks everyone
Sorry for any misspelling , I'm on my phone.
