I'm Really Boring

One of my mares has started acting very strange. The last few times I've ridden her she has been very, very fractious (she is always pretty high strung but this was a whole new level). Ran her on Sunday and she was awful to warm up and made a terrible run because she was couldn't seem to focus at all. The last 2 nights (Sunday night and Monday night) she was woken me up in the middle of the night screaming and trying to kick the barn down when she was in her stall. Never had this problem before, she always stays in her stall and never has a problem.

She has been checked over head to toe by the vet over the course of the last couple of months. She had stifle surgery to repair a small tear in her meniscus, we ultrasounded after she healed and all was well. Injected stifles, injected hocks because they were sore (hadn't been injected in about 7 months).

Could it possibly be ovary issues? Or something else entirely?

My guess could be ovary cyst  and can be quite painful and also can make them more aggressive or just out of whack and irritable.
