Location: TX | ENCHILADAS!!! So easy and so yummy!! Brown the meat (I use my own seasonings, onions, jalapenos), fill a tortilla up with meat, fold them over and put them in a baking dish, top with enchilada sauce, cheese and jalapenos... stick in the oven for a few minutes to melt cheese and BAM! one of mine and my hubby's favorite meals. |

| Cheese burger casserole! My favorite! Spread a tube/ can of crescent roll dough on the bottom of a pan, cook for a few minutes, brown hamburger with ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, sour cream, musters, and crushed pickles, put in pan top with cheese and bake! It's sooo good! |

Location: lexington KY | My Mom has so many recipes on her site that are easy to make and not to pricey either. The search box can help you find anything you need, you can even search by ingredient. I have to say, I love her stuffed peppers and brown sugar meatloaf!

BHW's Simon Cowell
Location: The Saudia Arabia of Wind Energy, Western Oklahoma | I do this dish in a cast iron skillet with hamburger we think is good and it is really filling. Brown hamburger with a little onion. Drain. Season. Mix in some ketchup (I like to mix in some jalapeno ketchup too) and chili powder. Now push the hamburger to the edges and put either a can of corn or cook up some frozen corn and put in the center of the skillet. Now mix up your favorite cornbread (I use Jiffy) and put on top of the meat and corn and cook at whatever temp the cornbread calls for. Then just flip over on another plate when done. |

Location: Oklahoma | Pioneer Woman's Sour Cream Noodle Bake. Substitute cream cheese for the cottage cheese and I can eat my weight in it. I always make it right before I go to a race or something and I know my husband is well fed for a couple of days with leftovers.
I think you can even make it and freeze it and reheat later on. |

Brown your hamburger meat, after it is cooked add a can of Cream of Mushroom
Tear corn tortillas in to pieces a little larger then bite size. Line the bottom of a casserole dish with the tortilla pieces. On top of tortillas put the Hamburger meat, on top of that you put Cheese. Put the casserole dish in the oven long enough to melt the cheese and heat up the tortillas. After you pull it out add lettuce, tomatoes, onions... whatever you want. I have never measured anything in this, and I don't cook it for a set time on a certain degree. I just wing it lol. It is really good and it is good for left overs also.
I also do hamburger steaks. My husband and son like them with brown gravy on top. You could put hamburger meat in your Chili, or even your beans.
My mom makes this all the time http://www.iheartnaptime.net/bbq-meatballs/ Sounds disgusting, but it is actually very good and doesn't taste how you would imagine it. If you can make meatballs you can do this. |

| A lot of ones I like have been mentioned already! But I also just like hamburger gravy over toasted bread or rolls, burger with potatoes and eggs all fried together in a skillet like you do with sausage would be good, burger in the crock pot with salsa and Velveeta cheese is good as a dip with chips, and I also am gonna try a simple recipe I have in a cook book called Miner's Stew. It's just burger, potatoes, onions (I think), tomato sauce, and salt and pepper in the crock pot! |
