That's when I usually get mine. When I asked the company they said it's not late til the end of the month. They couldn't tell me whether they mailed it or not which seems strange to me but o well... Not sure what's up.

My sister got the same response awhile back.
If you have a TSC near, they usually put them out on the 16th.
