Who do you turn to when you want to create your own feed? Mills are no longer custom milling due to the recent issues with cross-contamination. I can find high quality basic ingredients but need to know how much of what will yield the balance I'm looking for.
Is there any online calculator? Or do we have any nutritional experts on BHW available for consult?

I feel your pain! I've consulted with a PHD of equine nutrition about my program. I'm feeding free choice bermuda round bales and alfalfa pellets. I feed a supplement of vitamins / organic trace minerals to give the horses what they need. Mine are all dappled and looking great.
