How long before a race do you vet out?

Whats the proper procedure?

How long should I wait to hear from them?

What should I do if I dont get a response?

Its been a month since the race and they are not returning phone calls or emails.

I think you need to check their rules for vet outs.

It depends on the event. Some you can:
-- vet out and receive a full refund
-- vet out and receive a partial refund
-- vet out and forfeit your entry fees

You'll need to check the entry rules and deadlines for any rules pertaining to vet out deadlines and refunds.

I cant find the rukes for this particular event, but it said refunds for entries but NOT office fees. I would just like a response from the person...
