What are your Do's and Don'ts as far as prizes for year end awards for a series or finals?
Anyone have some cool, different ideas that aren't the same old halter, blanket, etc....
Different Custom Tack places I could take a peek at?
What about prizes for our little Peewee's, what would be something they would enjoy that is different then the regular buckets and brushes?

Chairs are nice, coolers, head stalls, boots, money! Haha I would love to have the money spent on a prize just given to me I always loved showing cattle and getting leather picture frames, wooden boxes, or leather portfolio chairs.

PHT stuff, monogrammed headstalls, fuel cards, dinner gift cards, buckets filled with STUFF - hay bags, trailer door caddy,  picture frames, Hitch covers, Iconoclast boots, leather portfolios, leather monogrammed checkbook covers.  As for peewees - a bucket with horse brush, hoof pick, roll of vet wrap, crayons, color books, stuffed horse, etc.

It seems like everyone is giving away boots, sheets, blankets, etc... so why not give away something to HOLD all of those items :)

I bought myself two of these, and they are handier than a set of pliers. I always thought they would make an awesome award. and the large flap at the top would be easily embroidered.

I didn't do year end prizes, but I did do a jackpot with "different' Prizes.   We had a buckel display end table as one award. Had pendants, picture frames, halters, breastcollars, winter blanekts. Also had a cowhide mirror. For the pee wee- I got cinch bags and embroidered them.  Haven't seen many others do that.

I someone who had won a big mirror with the frame made out of cowhide, it was "branded" with the rodeo association and what she won. It was really cool!
