What's really said is the horse had multiple opportunities to nail the jerk with both hind feet and didn't do it. I was telling the horse to nail him and all the horse tried to do was get away.
I would not have called the cops. Someone would have found that kids face bashed in from blunt force trama...easy to make that look like he got kicked it the face. Aluminum baseball bat could have easily done the trick LOL...geesh that made me mad
Oh man that little twirp would regret the day he was born if I caught him doing that to my horse. It probably sounds macabre but I'd carve something to the effect of "horse abuser" into his flesh so he'd never forget.
Sad part is that poor horse is already so scared of that person. He should be thankful that horse took it! I know several horses that would have killed him for coming at them like that!
I know there was one point where the worker was in a perfect place for the horse to give him the double hock KAPOW!!! and all it did was try to just get away. Poor thing. I hope everyone sees this and this POS for a human has a hard time finding a job near anything or anyone that can't/won't fight back. Can you imagine someone like this is a home for the elderly??? I'd probably have to skin the SOB.
What a freaking coward! His body language as he approached it screams coward! It looks like it may have drug him around some outside bc when he walked back in he looked a little tired LOL. I would've beat the $%#/ out of him myself.

....or to strike at him. Horses can be faster than lightening with the front feet. He'll try that with the wrong horse some day and be killed. (and the horse will be blamed for it)
The sad thing to me is that the horse ran out of the stall long before the kid ever entered it...he knew he was coming and that this had definitely happened before. so sad.
What a sick POS! Hopefully he will come across a horse that will have none of that one day. Actually, I hope he never gets a chance to care for another, horse or any animal(or human) but he'll probably worm his way back into the system somehow. I sent a couple of horses to a trainer that came back noticably scared for months in our stalls. I get sick thinking what could have taken place. They are both fine now but it took a while for them to trust again, and neither left here being frightened in the stall.
Just as scary is this guy went to school for nursing: http://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/broward/fl-coconut-creek-horse-abuse-charge-20151008-story.html. What a piece of crap.

Somehow I had a feeling...I bet the POS had worked in a nursing home at some point and abused the elderly!!! If it had been my parent I'd have made sure he got run over in the parking lot...audience to witness it or not. Would have been worth the time spent in jail. Besides I look amazing in orange.

When I was at a big jumper barn one of the stable hands used to chase my big thoroughbred with a pitch fork. (Horse waws 17.3hh and guy was about 5'2") Until...I went in the stall and the horse kicked me so hard I thought I broke my hip. Needless to say that I have a hoof shaped indent on the bone of my hip and Jose had a one way ticket back to Mexico.

You must have missed when you went to put the pitchfork mark in Jose's forehead...;-)
And Southtxponygirl...your my kind of cell mate :-)
psycho. I'd take a bullwhip to him in that exact same stall. At what point in the parenting process did he decide that beating an innocent animal was OK? I don't understand monsters like him.
