Wondering how far along were most of you when you stopped competing and at what point did you stop riding completely.

26 weeks. But I was barely showing at that time, and owned a bomb proof mare.

ETA: I rode up until the day I had to be induced with my daughter......it was quite the sight to see me luge my fat self onto my horse, but I got it done lol.

I roped until I was 27 weeks.. I quit running barrels when I was 23 weeks but only because my mare got hurt and she was the only horse I would enter on...

I am currently 31 weeks, I still trail ride and will warm horses up for my SO...

Have you asked your doctor about Diclegis? Worked great for me.

Quit competing and riding up until 24 weeks. I was breezing a young horse through an exhibition, and he scotched really bad at something behind the 3rd barrel. I was never out of shape or close to falling off, but I decided that better be it. I could have kept riding a bomb proof horse we have, but just didn't.

I was sick from 6 weeks til I gave birth. I tried every trick I could find and finally broke down and got a prescription for Zofran at about 10 weeks. It never really made me feel great, but it stopped me from throwing up. There are commericals out there that say it creates birth defects, but my baby came out fine. My Dr was completely comfortable prescribing it. I know there is another one out there that makes you drowsy. That wasn't an option for me because i needed to continue to work.
