With God all things are possible

| Sometimes it's hard to feel special to God when there are billions of other people on this planet. It's hard to believe until I read Isaiah 40:10-11 yes, the Sovereign Lord is coming in power. He will rule with a mighty arm. See, He brings His reward with him as he comes. he will feed his flock like a shepherd. He will carry the lambs in his arms, holding them close to his heart. He will gently lead the mother sheep with their young.
These verses speak of God's power and rule mixed with His tenderness and care. God can do anything. He is all powerful. And what does He choose? He chooses to carry His lambs, his children. He chooses to gently lead mothers who have young.
Jesus said, " I am a Good Shepherd" John 10:11
Jesus doesn't have to lead and guide us. he chooses to. I don't have to turn to Him for the big and small stuff, but my days are 100 percent better when I do. Yes, there are billions of people on this planet, but I've discovered when I've turned to Jesus in the dailyness of life. HE IS THERE. To be led, I need to look to the One I'm following. The more I do that, the more I realize He's closer than I think.
As I pray this every morning: Father God, guide me today to do all things that bring glory and honor to You AMEN, I prepare my day to not get overwhelmed by the challenges of daily life. I understand that being a Christian doesn't keep me from life struggles and trials, but it does prepare me to get through them.
Once this mindset is embedded in my mind, soul, and body , I can know that I know I'm being led by God. What peace and comfort it brings. knowing through all this I will be ok, and know that this temporary life is leading me to my permeant destiny my home Heaven AMEN
For it is WITH God all things are possible
