Anyone have any dealings with stallion or his get? Or horses bred like he is? I am thinking of sending one of my 'barrel' bred broodmares to an out side stallion this spring and I really like this horses looks to cross on my mare.
This is the mare I was thinking of crossing on him.

I own a half brother to Joys Money Pop. He is a 1D horse. Sweetest, kindest horse that you can imagine. He would walk into the arena and do his job. My poor horse has more physical problems that you can imagine though. I quit riding him because I was afraid he would fall with me. I have a friend who also has a half brother and he is a 2D horse. He is a good sensible horse and puts up with a lot. Like making two tough runs a day for the whole weekend in July. I have a friend who had a horse by Mitey Jody and he was a mean snot. He had no desire to be a barrel horse.
My horse was very mistreated and starved before I got him and he appreciates everything I do for him. (not the girl that I I bought him from) He has a permanent home with me. Will try to post a pic when I get home.

I live just to the north of where he stands... He is a beautiful Stallion and has a great personality to go along with his confirmation. Good people too!

any one have any thoughts on this cross (my mare and jodys money pop)?? Any dealings with War Bar Meyers offspring or Packin Sixes? This mare can really set down and turn, short mare (pony short legs) long in back, long neck, weak topline, good foot, good mind.

I'd just call Lea and talk to her. She's a very nice lady and would be able to tell you if it would be a good cross, or not.
