Any experiences with aquatreds within about an hour or so of Granbury? Has anyone use the Ace of Spades in Stephenville? I need to take a horse the end of this month and leave him for Dec.

They are absolutely WONDERFUL great people and take great care of your horse - we have used them 10 or 12 times over 6 years and have been 110% happy with the results and care my horse received. I actually think the last time my horse was slightly depressed to be back home since he prefers to stay with them - Forgot to add that I was talking about the Tackett family at Ace of Spades

I've used Cold River near Granbury. I wasn't really thrilled with how my mare came back looking. She hadn't been neglected per say, just didn't come back looking conditioned or fitted. Personally, I expect them to come back looking like rock stars, especially for the money you get charged.
Really the only aquatread I trust is one run by Michelle Gilbert. I've had three with her and they all came home feeling and looking like a million dollars. Sometimes you've gotta drive for the quality, as I've unfortunately found out personally.
