I've been wanting a winter project, and decided I'd like to exercise & tune up other people's horses. This would be the first time I've been paid to work with horses other then my own, but I'm very experienced and have ridden a million different horses. We have a big indoor arena with a round pen, and 3 empty stalls. I have time, but don't know how to start. I don't want to end up with some crazy unbroke horse or a horse that hasn't been ridden in ten years. So how should I approach this as far as advertising? Liability insurance, and pricing?

Every time you step on a horse you are training. So price accordingly and you can just call it "Conditioning". Either a flat fee per month that includes full care board, or charge full care board and $x amount per ride.
