| Blaze coliced last night and was taken into surgery. I am so very heart broken for Vickie and the Hendrix family as this was a dream for the Rachel Hendrix to make the NFR one day on Blaze. She was taken from this earth in January from carbon monoxide poisoning. Vickie has been riding Blaze this year and had made the dream of qualifying for the NFR. Blaze will not make that run down the alley of the Thomas and Mack. He is doing good but is not totally out of the woods yet. Please pray for all of them. |

Location: NE Texas | I'm just heartbroken for this team. I have looked at the standings almost every week to see where she was sitting and was ecstatic to see Vickie and Blaze make it. Then this. I am just so saddened for the Walkers and for Vickie, as well as for Blaze. Prayers to all invovled and I hope Vickie wins every round. |

| Oh no, how horrible. Last night Carley Richardson's barn was hit by the tornado in Pampa, Texas. Her neighbors house was obliterated. Carley said horses are okay...but she was missing one for a while. They found him a mile away or so wrapped in Chain link i think. They said the way he got out of the barn he had to have been SUCKED out. how insane is that. These NFR girls need our prayers they are having a rough go of it with less than 15 days to go. SAD. |
