For all of you who have facilities on your property and host events, boarding, weekly practices open to the public, what do you do for insurance? Waiver forms, Liability Insurance, etc? We are new to this and hope to hold weekly open arena practices soon, and possibly host a jackpot this summer!

What I'm finding...is expensive!  At least I think it is expensive.  Been getting quotes on a  liability policy to cover about 13 practices in a facility I do not own but will be renting one night per week this winter for about 25-30 riders to practice.  I have a few more quotes to come back in but so far it has been $1400 for a $1mil/$2mil event policy.  If you are looking at the boarding portion as well you will want to check into a commercial policy rather than an event policy.
