My family has requested a home made baked macaroni and cheese for supper tonight. I've been searching on the Internet all morning and I've come across a few recipes but nothing really jumped out at me. Needs to be really creamy and have the crust on top.

Look up Buffalo Wings and Rings and see if they will share their mac and cheese recipe. It's the best I've ever had. There's a local Bar-B-Q restaurant here that has one about as good but I know they won't share theor recipe because we've asked.

Yes Cooper cheese! We have it here in PA not sure if you can get it but it makes the most creamy and heavenly Mac n cheese ever. It runs about 8.99 a pound but boy is it worth it
I have a hand me down recipe that is very similar No bay leaf but a teaspoon/tablespoon (I can't remember which, would have to go look it up) of Worcestershire Sauce is added. Paprika is also added to the topping I usually use half and half instead of milk Next time I will add the bay leaf

This recipe is awesome. If you want to make it a day or 2 ahead though and throw in the oven 20 minutes before guests arrive, go with Bobby Flay Throwdown Mac and Cheese Carbonara. It's good without the pancetta too.
