| The Pecan wood floors in our new house are infested with them. Thankfully all parties involved are jumping through hoops to get this resolved, but would like to hear how others have dealt with it. We moved all the furniture out the Sunday before Thanksgiving and had a treatment done that was recommended by the installer but it did not help at all. We are now at the point that the floors are going to be stripped, treatment applied to the bare floors, then stained again, if that does not work, we are getting new floors. Of couse this means all the furniture will have to be moved out again and we will be out of the house for a week or so. |
OT-Anyone dealt with Powder Post Beetles?
