Upload failed. Most likely this forum runs on windows 2003 which by default only allows attachments smaller than 200kb.
This can be solved by editing the metabase.xml on the server. Modify the AspMaxRequestEntityAllowed value to the desired value.

How do I fix this?

And resize your picture. The directions are really easy. Save the resized pic and then upload it
