I would like to know also. We had looked at properties in Morgan Mill that is like this and we found them to be overpriced. We sure liked the whole concept.

I didnt know about it until I saw this thread. I would love to live somewhere like that. I dont think the price ($64,000) for a 5 acre tract is unreasonable. We paid close to that for slightly more land, without any amenities here in West Louisiana. I love the concept.

Well....it's way out in the boonies. But if you like that than that's okay. Not sure what HOA fees are, the indoor arena is average. Beautiful location tho if you want to drive 30 min to grocery store etc...just not for me.

agreed. lol. most farms are a quick 15 to 30 min drive to town. Its called living in the country here. haha.

I lived in HR in MM and have personal experience - don't believe the developer in Whiteboro... his past is nothing like he states. Most of the original owner's started googling and did some deep research (2006) we all found bad things. He lied to me the first time I met him- I should have turned around and left. What I stated is truth not made up crap.
Yes, the concept is great and there are lots of places exactly like that in other states. One particular one I like is in Tennessee, don't know anything about cost or developer though.
