Eleven people killed so I hope everyone is OK. A lot of people are looking for lost pets. This apparently was a huge tornado. There are a lot of other communities affected also. They are asking everyone to stay out unless emergency personnel.
The part that was so horribly affected is only 1 mile away from my house. We could see the tornado on the ground from where I live. I haven't gone to see the area because I know they don't want wonderers over there right now, but I have lots of friends who have lost their homes and vehicles. Luckily the tornado did not touch down in any areas where there would be horses. So it's more dogs/cats that were affected animal wise.
I sent a message to a friend that lives close to the damaged area. She had been working all day with a group feeding the relief workers. The area is so devastated and with the continued rain anything that could have salvaged has been ruined. Prayers for all.
What is so sad is that my FB feed is filled with posts about people looking for their missing pets or pets who have been found! Hopefully, they will all be reunited!
