Location: wherever my gypsy soul lands | Looking for the best son of FG to breed to this season. A little behind on finding a stallion because I was on the fence about buying this mare until now. Daughter of Hot Colours, out of a Northern Dancer bred appendix mare. |

Location: Desert Land | I really like First Down French - I have bred to him a few times - I have 1 coming in 2016 and am booking 2 mares to him again this year. I booked 1 mare to Frenchmans Fabulous this year also and have considered Traffic Guy, too. |

| My FDF is just two this year. I'm not sure how she will ride as we won't start her under saddle till summer. But, with that said, she's been easy to do everything else with. Halter train, trim her feet, ponying, she takes it all in stride. I've tied her to the arena fence while we've roped and she just stands there and quietly watches. She's ultra friendly! First one to the fence when she sees anyone outside. My mare is 16 hands and this filly is going to be close to that. And.... Ya gotta love a palomino.

Weird question, but how is your mare? Is she pretty chill like him or did your filly get her coolness from him? Sorry, lol. I am just really excited about the foal. |

| My mare is a spaz!! Lol! I really have to control her environment or she loses her mind. If the neighbors a quarter mile away bring home a new horse, she's going to pace the fence for a day or two. She's a really sweet mare, I just chalk it up to her being bred so hot!
I'm not sure if I got lucky or if Chopper puts a good head on one. I'm guessing the latter, as I continue to breed to him.
I also have a FG daughter and a Fab daughter that have great minds and are enjoyable to be around.

| Top producing are Frenchmans Fabulous and BHR Frenchies Socks. In my opinion Frenchmans Fabulous is the best "deal" out there right now. That being said there are lots of deals at the stallion service auctions right now. I had a little filly by Guys Real Deal last year, and while he isn't well known she was pretty darn nice.

I bred my Casady Casanova daughter to him and got a beautiful filly. FDF's owner loved her as much as I did and bought her from me as a yearling. She is 3 and supposedly doing really well!
I bred my Leaving Memories daughter to him and she is due in May. I am going to breed 2 mares to him this year - definately 1 of my Casady Casanova daughters and not sure which other mare yet. |

She isnt perfect though...she definitely has some attitude. Her registered name is "Kiss My French Sass" LOL. Im hoping we can harness all that tude' and turn her into a barrel turning machine in a few years. This is my most recent picture of her, taken a couple days ago.

| Runninbay, is that fillies dam a turd? I am very curious about mares personalities and their offspring's personalities. The mare I am breeding to him is very, very chill. She is one that is considered "born broke" lol |

That is for foals born 2015 or later I believe. Older stallions are grandfathered in. |

Not really. She is just very stubborn. But she is one of the safest, most level headed horses that I know. Very bomb proof and one I would trust around anyone. In the saddle is a little different story but on the ground she is a dream to handle. My filly is a turd all the time. But it's not all her fault. Sometimes I'm a bad horse owner and treat her like a pet. But I'm paying for it now that I'm actually having to "train" her. I will say she is a very fast learner so she is picking up everything quickly. Overall, I love her and all of her attitude. I know she is going to be a good one. BB casualdust has a filly the same age sired by FDF and we joke all the time that they are mind twins. They are very much alike. Her mare is nicer than mine so it can't be all the mare...haha. |

Location: MD | My two top picks would definitely be Frenchman's Fabulous and BHR Frenchie's Socks. We run against one of Fab's most successful offspring quite often and I am always impressed by that horse. The BHR Frenchie Socks that I have been around have all been quite nice, as well. |
