Location: Wonderful Wyoming | Just curious. I take a prenatal in the am. It does crazy things for my hair and nails. At night I do Calcium and Vitamin D. Found out I was lactose intolerant a yr ago so I don't drink milk or eat much cheese. Well Ice cream is another story, it's worth suffering for. |

| I take Enhanced Energy multivitamins daily. I take vitamin D (Solgar 1000 IU) daily from October to April-ish. I take Lobelia every other day and magnesium, calcium and potassium alternately. Some nights I'll take another dose of the minerals if I've felt crampy or stiff. I take Endurolytes on show days. |

| I drink Zeal Wellness daily. It's a Functional Food and All Natural Whole Food. I have pills as they set in your stomach, with this it's bioavailable so you get immediate results. When you look at the ingredient list it's equal to 56 different vitamins. I get more bang for the buck and LOVE the results in my health. |

| I take Flintstones Immunity Support. It's one of the few vitamins out there that does not include iron, since I have natural high iron. I don't eat a lot of red meat either...to be honest, I don't like much of it anyways, besides hamburger on occasion, and it's usually ground up deer meat. |

| I don't take a vitamin per se ... but I start each morning with my Super Greens mixed with a little bit of coconut water and I add water. Takes some getting used to .. but now I feel lost without it. In the evening I drink Calm .. It's basically magnesium. |

| I try not to get any "vitamins" from the drugstores, Walmart, etc. I generally get them from a health food store. Actually what I am on now is ones I got from Andrew Lessman. Seem to be working. I tried the Centrum ones and they came out in my bowel movement and were still whole. So those actually did nothing for me. I have also taken calcium pills that came out whole also so now I take in capsule form. I know, gross... |

| I take Garden Of Life's Perfect Food. It is the only thing that has given me the energy to keep going after 3 in the afternoon. I am a morning person and go until around 3 when I have a sinking spell. When I take this I don't have that sinking spell and I feel better. Vitamins just don't do this for me. It also helps with digestion and when I take this and Kombucha Tea, I really feel good.
It is made of raw organic food - RAW green juice blend, organic veggie juice blend, sprout blend and probiotic and enzyme blend.

After I saw what synthetic vitamin supplements and feeds that contained them did to my horse I no longer want any part of them for myself either! I take Cur-Ost, mostly for pain but it does have some vitamins in there and try to eat really healthy to get as much vitamins/minerals from natural sources as I can. |
