It's regarding bank account fraud. Before I actually pay the $ to see a lawyer, is there any legal free advice from anyone online? Just curious..I've never had to deal with a lawyer in my life yet so this is all new :( Thanks.

A lot of attorneys will give you the first consultation free.........

Id call your bank as well.. Not sure what it involves but if its someone got your card numbers or used it my bank will report it and give back the money..

Streakysox is right... this is a criminal matter, which needs to be turned over to the District Attorney's office and it won't cost you anything.
I am a paralegal and can tell you that we are not permitted to give legal advise. Even though I have been doing this for 40 years and probably know the answer, that advise can only be given by an attorney.
