Just throwing this out there in case there is anyone on here that is interested in working in the ranch riding/cow horse discipline (I know its a barrel horse site). Below is my listing for full time help wanted:
Shenandoah Bar M Ranch in Midland TX is looking for a full time assistant/apprentice position to work under head trainer Katie Dove. We raise, break, train, and show and ranch riding/versatility horses. and cow horse Katie had two horses in the Finals at the 2015 AQHA World Show in Ranch Riding. Experience training and showing reining, cow horse, ranch versatility etc. is a plus but not required. Duties include riding 10+ horses a day all the way down to stall cleaning and everything in between. A reliable, dependable applicant that is looking for a future in the show horse and training industry is a must. Housing is provided and pay is dependent on the applicant.
