what have your experiences been with these products? do they test the hair or blood to see what the horse needs?

I use them. It was my last chance pretty much with my little mare that was diagnosed kidney stones, by a hair analysis we also found that her immune system and lymph system were compromised mostly likely due to the kidney issues. I started them on her after she had been diagnosed with a bladder stone in April of 2014, took her to UC Davis and found the kidney stones in her left kidney, right kidney was clear. Left kidney had 3 stones and a stone in the uretor, one large stone in the bladder, roughly a 6cm stone or 2.5 inches and other little stones. I was told to take her home and put her down when the pain got to bad. I started her on the herbalist suggested protocol with the Kidney, Immune and lymph herbs for ENC herbs, also did some essential oils for her, one called Stone Breaker that a board buddy T turning 3 makes as well as Bio Scanned her weekly after finding it seemed to help her urinate more comfortably for up to 4 days after a treatment. We changed her diet and added Apple Cider Vinegar to her routine also and I was able to start riding her lightly again with out her passing blood in her urine. She started to strain pretty badly in October of that year, made an appointment at UC Davis again and took her down there to have her ultrasounded again. She had passed or desolved 1 stone in the left kidney, the one in the uretor, right kidney was still clear, both kidneys functioning, had passed or desolved the two small stones in the bladder as well. She was cleared to have the large bladder stone removed the next day via lithrotripsy, a stand up procedure. We are a little over a year out from that surgery, I was able to go back to running her. We keep her on the kidney herbs pretty much full time, have her hair tested every 2-3 months and an ultrasound of her kidney and bladder every 6 months for now, first one showed still just the two small stones in the left kidney, hadn't gotten any larger, both kidneys still functioning and her bladder is clear of stones and lining has repaired itself.
I also use the Joint Plus herb on my mare who is a head shaker with great results, before that she was having to have an RX drub that made her lethargic and increases chances of colic.
The reason I went with the ENC herb as opposed to any of the others out there was that they gave me a list of the ingredients in the mix and why they were in there. The other herb companies just gave me the canned response "we can make no claims but we suggest #XX".

my mare became a non sweater mid summer. I sent her hair in and after the analysis we found a few other things wrong as well as the reason for the non sweating. We put her on the herbs that she suggested and with in 2 weeks she began to sweat and has ever since. I leave her on the respiratory herbs (if I run out before my next order) and if she is off them for a day or so she will cough and sneeze the whole time I exercise her, when I put her back on it she does not cough and sneeze. I love mine and she does too. The customer service is top notch! I am definitely a believer! Simply Equine with Heather Benson is the best imo

I had Dave's hair evaluated..
He is on Neuro, which has willow bark and other beneficial herbs for arthritis, and pain.
He is also on Structural Bld Plus, which has tummy calmers, and stress relievers.
I think he looks great , works great, and his OTT mind has really leveled out, anxiety level is not as nuclear..
LOL.
My Equine Natural Care distributor lives in Willcox,(2 hours away) and she is very knowledgable,
and well trained for any questions I may have.
She is also prompt in shipping, and I just send a check when I receive my invoice...

I haven't made a run in over 6 weeks, and this is just a update..
I am very very pleased with Dave at Willcox Saturday.. He was calm yet alert, and ran very smoothly to his first barrel and gained speed after each turn!
I felt he ran true, and strong. We placed in the 3 D , and I'm happy with his try.
This was a important race , his first back, and we can build up on it..
I believe the Equine Natural Care herbs are helping him, and will continue to use them .

What does a bag of the Equine Natural Care herbs typically cost?  And is it a 30 day or 60 day supply?

CC's kidney herb is @64 I believe and depending on how the herbalist wNts you to give it they are 60 day supply. When CC first started the kidney her we had her on it twice a day so it was only a 30 day supply thru the first couple of months.

Thanks. That makes it pretty comparable to Simply Equine herbs then.
