Who all feeds this? Just recently made the switch over from Nutrena Triumph as I wanted to make sure there was a set formula for the feed and no chance of contamination. Have you had good or bad results? What are you paying per bag? Does it make your horse hot? I have one who tends to be on the hotter side and I'm trying to keep weight on without getting him too hot. He does get alfafa cubes twice a day as well as loose mineral.
We have fed it for years with great success. Our horses are on dry lots and get fed Healthy Edge twice a day & brome hay 3 times a day. They have a nice bloom to them. Some would say they are fat! I think we pay around $18 a bag, but you don't have to feed as much as the cheaper feeds. We use a large coffee can and each horse gets about 1/3 of the can twice a day. I don't know if it is the feed or just my horses , but my barrel horses are definitely on the muscle when you put the barrels in front of them. I know a lot of people don't like Purina feed, but we have not had any problems with it, knock on wood! Hope this helps!
I work at a barn , we have 40 + horses on it . They were all on sweet feed prior & it is amazing the difference . They aren't hot on it, they keep their weight & boy do they shine !

We feed our three youngest (9 to 15) HE, and they look great and feel great. Shine like new pennies, too. During summer they get less than 1/3 coffee can each; right now one is getting 2 cans and the other two are getting about 1 3/4 cans plus their hay, beet pulp, and supplements. We're extremely pleased with it. We pay 17.50 a bag.
Mine eats it and loves it, I'm about to switch to ultium though so he can gain a little more weight and then will see if I wanna switch back to HE or not.. Mine is just a hard keeper

I just started feeding it a few weeks ago, I can feed less because it is dense and weighs more. 1 scoop(regular green kind) weighs 4 lbs roughly and the sweet feed was only around 3 lbs per scoop.
