We live in NC in the mountains but we are wanting to go away for a night and ski. The weather is too warm here and our snow is all melting! Looking for reasonable places to stay in VA with good snow and colder temps. Any ideas?

You are joking, right?? After trying to get around in 18" of snow to take care of the horses, sheep, pigs, dogs and us..........going somewhere to ski in the cold is the LAST thing I want to do. I have a hard time just walking by the end of the day because my legs are so tired. We are fit and farm full-time but the snow and severe cold temps. have just kicked our butts. Can't wait for spring!!
