Location: New Mexico		Hi all, I have a mare with arthritic knees and was just wondering when you guys use the BOT wraps? Before a run? After a run? Daily basis? Thanks!

I put them on for the trailer ride and leave them on until it is time to warm up. I also use them at night in the stall, and after a good workout.

Location: London Ontario		I have a set I put on before and after I ride. I find if they are moving around much they don't stay up so justkeep an eye one them. Ialso leave them on over night when stalled and on trailer rides.
