I have a prof choice shearling cinch that the wool had started tearing on and I need a replacement. Nylon and D rings are perfect, I just need the removable shearling piece. I've looked on amazon and the prof choice website with no luck!! Please help! Thanks!

Well I contacted them and the response was that they do not sell replacements for their cinches. All of these cinches are advertised that the removable neoprene and shearling liners are so great because you can remove and replace them if damaged, yet you can't purchase replacements. That's not right.

Ok that's weird because they showed me how it comes apart to wash or replace ...my BFF was with me and she has the same ones too.. maybe you got a newbie on the phone or maybe I have a different version? Sounds the same though?

It was their customer service. I emailed because we are in the process of moving and I didn't have the time to be on the phone! Maybe they will get it fixed... And I wonder if I could use any replacement??? May have to look into other brands

I love my PC Shearling cinches but I had one that after a few years of use the wool started pulling out. I called PC and they told me the same thing. No replacement, so I threw it away and bought a new one.

Just makes me sad and mad!!! I love this cinch, but it's irritating we can't buy replacements...

The reason they made them easy to detach is for cleaning purposes.
I have never heard of being able to buy replacement parts, nor has anyone ever tried to sell me on that concept and I have been using them since they initially came out.
90.00 for 2-4 yrs of usage to me is still a cheap investment
