I saw someone posted on another thread about an app that records your Horses fitness progress. It also will give suggested fitness programs or record what you did in that session so you have it for your records. It's called Equitrack but when I looked into it looks like only works for iphones. Does anyone know of an android app similar to this? It sounds kind of of fun. :)

I found EquiTrack in the Play Store and downloaded it to my Samsung Galaxy. It isn't always 100% accurate but it is better than nothing. A lot of times it gets confused on how far I have rode and that messes the average & top speeds up. But I generally know about how far my usual route is anyway. And then sometimes it works correctly and is accurate. May just be my location that the GPS doesn't work very well, don't know.

Without a heart rate monitor you're not going to get anything too accurate. I've used a (human) running app that tracks speed, mileage, your route, saves runs/rides, and a bunch of other stuff. It was free and very easy to use.
