| I realized there was another thread.... I wrote on it. I was under the impression that this was about the entire law suit...not just the injunction. |

Location: The edge of no where | A preliminary injunction, in equity, is an injunction entered by a court prior to a final determination of the merits of a legal case, in order to restrain a party from going ahead with a course of conduct or compelling a party to continue with a course of conduct until the case has been decided. |

| Motivated, if you really want a thread deleted, you can do it yourself. Only the original poster (or moderators) can delete a thread. Individuals can delete any of their own individual posts ON a thread.

The easiest thing to do is to edit your original post on your own thread and just change the title or delete what you typed. It will still show up, but it will then be blank. Unless something has changed.

Well...I have deleted a few double posts myself. Maybe it is the phone thing? |

I've been able to delete my individual posts within a thread, but never the actual thread I created. Maybe they have added a delete option for that, but back when I wished I could delete my own thread I started, I had to get a moderator to do it.

| I just found an old thread that I was the creator or originator of the thread. I tried to delete the original post of mine (first post on the thread). It wouldn't let me. Red letters popped up saying because it was the first post on the thread it could only be deleted by a moderator. You can delete your own posts within a thread, but cannot delete the thread you created as the originator or the very first post on the thread since that is the post that originated the entire thread.. (Phone, tablet or computer) It does say something about deleting a message within 30 minutes.....just not sure if that means you have the power to delete the thread yourself within that time.
