long story short guy behind in house after 8 yrs i truusted him then he moved out i filed forclourse we did it legal then got another lawyer for judgementand to go after this dude we won but lawyer screws around 5 months later still no paper work from the judge. dud files bankructy chapter 13 small town so mail carrier bring it to me as he gave court or his lawyer wrong address for me. i call my lawyer. ok feb 1 meeting of creditors i don/t have to be there but he does
reading on pacor he did not have his taxes there plus he failed to disclouse a car . judge denied petion and recommend chap 7
this dude make almost 100,000 a year he has secured debt of 35000 he had me as 1500 which is laughable try 90,000+
yes i will be calling my lawyer monday but.....
any thought ? or knowledge of bankrucky i am ****ed |
