I was going to look at some of my past videos today and all my previously purchased 321Videos are missing from Youtube, is anyone else having the same problem? I wanted to know if it was just me or others before talking to the company. All the videos that I had from them were purchased, so now when you go to their site they show those videos for sale to be put on Youtbe. WTH??? I already paid for them and they were on Youtube but now they have disappeared!!!

I know nothing about this. Were you supposed to download them to your computer by a certain date maybe? I don't know how to even download a video from YouTube.

Did you ask on their Facebook page or email them to see if they are having technical difficulties or revamping their YouTube channel or something? I don't know. Just throwing things out there.

Sodapop, I am as technical as you are, it seems. I was never told there was a time limit on Youtube videos and neither were my friends. I am not on FB so I haven't tried to reach them through that avenue but will send them an email at their website. It's very disheartening for all of us that have paid so much money to have all those videos disappear. I just wanted to get on here and see if others were having the same problem.

321 ActionVideo are some of the nicest people...
I have downloaded all of my videos to my personal computer. I wouldnt expect anyone to "store" social media for me on their webpage for eternity.

Some of us aren't that tech savvy so it would be nice for them to give us a heads up on how all of this works. I have some videos from Visworks and 12Basket that are still on Youtube under my name.

A heads up would've been nice. I only had a couple from them, and they've disappeared. If you talk to them, please let us know what the solution is. I did pay for the dang things - it isn't like they're storing them locally - the clips were on youtube. :-(

Ok, I just talked to Melanie and she told me that it did not come from their side that it was Youtube changing something. She said to send them an email with your name and telling them to reinstate your videos.
