Probably not for barrels (may lack the speed, but could make up for it in the turns), but their will be some reiners who will fight you for it. haha We have a Shining Spark mare at the barn, and she is SO athletic.

Nope. Shining sparks are too sensitive for me.
Agreed - then you add in the Whiz and you get one who's brain matures later, much later. It would not be my choice to ride unless someone paid me very well to do it.
