With God all things are possible

| Of all things things I have done in life, nothing outweighs the importance of time spent alone reading, meditating on, and praying God's Word.
David wrote a psalm 63 while he was hiding from King Saul in caves near the Dead Sea, which is one of the most arid places on earth. It's the last place anyone would want to hide. Yet notice David's words.
Psalm 63:1-2 O God, You are my God; early will I seek You; my soul thirsts for You; my flesh longs for You in a dry thrifty land where ther is no water. So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, to see Your power and Your glory.
He is not complaining about the lack of water or even the hear. David states that his need, his thirst, is for the presence of his God. That's what he asked for and that is what he got. David identified God's presence as lovingkindness. He says it is better than life; in essence, more important than the water his body desperately needed.
We think we need so many things today, but we primarily need God's presence. He promised to with us always, so, like David, lets spend time with Him daily. For it is WITH God all things are possible
Father God, guide me today to do all things that bring glory and honor to You Amen
Father, Lay Your hand of healing grace over my Mom Virginia, and Dad Bill both have strep throat, Mom 80th! birthday today.
Dale Clark, shot in stomach, Jan Cagle, Tennille Haney, Barbara Cates, Angela Bright, all have breast cancer. Father heal, comfort and guide them all AMEN 
I'm headed over again today care for my parents, spent yesterday with them.
