Location: Oklahoma | Can anyone tell me about the area? My husband is looking at a job down there and would like to know as much as possible up front. Barrel racing, people, education system.....

Location: East Texas | Rural East Texas, country folks, lots of trees. Lots of barrel racing within a couple of hours.

Location: west of East Texas | Nice little rural town. Lots of tall pine trees, rolling hills, red sand, several big lakes and the beach isn't too far either. A lot barrel racing within a 100 miles. If you need a city, Beaumont, Lake Charles, Houston within a couple of hours. Winters will probably be milder than OK. Humidity is HIGH and dry skin won't be a problem. |
