I used it for about 4 months and while I felt like I was helping the horses I don't think it made a difference. My horse developed ulcers towards the end of that 4 months so I dropped the F1, put him on a low starch feed, and switched to THE supplements. I treated with GastroPlus and my horse was like his old self again! Then I put him on Muscle Mass with ulcer added. He didn't have any more ulcer problems and it really helped his hooves.

It's great for maintenance. I'd try oxy ulcer if you think your horse has ulcers. It treats both fore and hind gut ulcers.

I just ordered GastroPlus for her, anxious to get her going on it. Have heard a ton of positive feedback.

It is awesome stuff! My horse was kind of off his feed when I started it and he didn't like the smell of it so I mixed it with a little water in a big syringe and squirted it in his mouth everyday. He didn't appreciate it lol, but it solved our ulcer problem so it was worth the hassle. :) He eats the muscle mass great though.

I ordered a gallon and it just came in the mail the other day...I have been feeding it as a top dressing on feed. Is that how most of you do it or is it better to give it directly in the mouth?
